ZERO STARS!!
Terrible company that doesn't know anything about customer service. David Lucas is an unprofessional rep. The night before pickup they said the tow truck broke down and they were unable to find a replacement in time. I asked for a refund and I would arrange the transport myself since I was leaving the state. David refused and asked me to LEAVE MY CAR KEYS UNDER A DOORMAT so that they could find another driver who would retrieve them and transport my car at a later date (didn't provide that later date). What idiot would leave their cars under a doormat and leave the state, David Lucas is a imbecile in the purist form. He became hostile and threatening when I asked for a refund again and dared me to file a dispute with my credit card. Finally got my money back from this wretched business. They have multiple complaints on the BBB website as well. BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I paid $650 for a vehicle transport service and waited over 18 days with no results. I called more than 10 times every single day, and still got no clear answers or updates. They never responded properly, never took responsibility, and showed no real intention of resolving the issue. In the end, I had to dispute the payment with my bank. Completely unprofessional and unreliable — I do not recommend this service to anyone.
