So happy with my purchase. Derek was able to help me finally get a suv. I’ve always had sedans but I wanted something bigger. By going to drive time “Fort Lauderdale” I was able to walk away with a 2022 Chevy equinox with 26,000 miles you can’t tell me God isn’t real!!!!! Thanks Derek may God continue to bless you and your family.

Best car shopping experience I have encountered. Keku and Thomas provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. I was in an emergency situation because my vehicle had broken down and financially I wasn’t ready to purchase a vehicle. As I did a Google search while I was sitting in my SUV waiting on AAA I was led me to DriveTime.I applied online and got an approval. I was in disbelief because my credit situation isn’t the best. I then received a call from their customer service confirming that I was approved and the representative, Chandra, set up an appointment for me.When I got to the Miami Lakes location everyone was SOOO friendly! I was again surprised. Marvin was helpful and thorough and listened to my vehicle needs. I didn’t quite want the vehicles available to me based on the amount that I wanted to put down so he coordinated for me to pick up the vehicle I wanted from the Fort Lauderdale location.I arrived to another group of really friendly and welcoming people. Keli had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and go. I’m super thankful to DriveTime for making my car buying experience a great one!

Today I had the opportunity to work with Keku at Drivetime. Super nice guy and took his time with me through every step of the way. I was very indecisive but he helped me make the right choice. My friend has had the absolute worst experience with this SHADY EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS!!! In a matter of five days, she has already gotten two cars from them that are total lemons Monday the 21st of November she arrived at their Lauderdale Lakes location to see the Kia soul that was advertised online. After four hours or so at the office/lot she drove off with her Kia soul. To her surprise as soon as she got a few miles from the lot the engine light went on, but she was already late for work due to the amount of time that it took them to actually complete the process since they were in no hurry. Due to her work schedule, she wasn't able to get back to drive time to return the vehicle until Wednesday right before the holiday. On her way back to Drive Time she made a stop at Firestone to have them check out the car to see if maybe the light was because of something minor that could be taken care of. The mechanic at Firestone told her that there were too many issues, and that the car was unsafe to drive. SEE ATTACHED PHOTO. She left Firestone and went straight to Drive Time with the paperwork in hand. The gentleman she spoke to said she could return the car for a full refund or that they could get her into something else. So, after another couple hours there, she ended up driving away on Wednesday with a Hyundai Tucson which ended up being more money down than the initial car they put her in. All day Wednesday she drove the car things seem to be OK no lights came on, no issues. Come Thursday, which is now Thanksgiving and on her way home from dinner the Tucson overheated, and started smoking. SEE PHOTOS. She pulled over let it cool down, added water and finally made it to my house after two more stops because it was closer than her house and she was afraid to drive it. So this morning she left an hour earlier than needed for work in case the car overheated multiple times! The car did in fact overheat halfway to her job, which is only 9 miles away. So, she pulled over and let it cool off and added water. As soon as she pulled into work, the car started smoking and overheated for its final time. Between her first and second job she intended to go back to Drive Time to return the HUNK OF CRAP they let her leave with this time! When her manager at work heard what happened and saw the car smoking she decided to give Drive Time a call. They told her to have my friend return the car for them to look at it. She told them there was no way she was going to make it there and it's condition! The SNAKE OIL SALESMAN then told my friend that she should pay out of her pocket to have it towed back to the lot. There is absolutely no way my friend was going to pay for this nor would her manager allow her to pay for this and after a heated argument they agreed to tow it back to their lot. What a f*cking SCAM this place is! Extorting the less fortunate with the INSANE prices and still selling them worthless garbage!!

l recently bought a 2021 Kia Soul with 29 thousand miles on it. First they tried to sell me an extended warranty that would cover the car to 50 thousand miles for 3 thousand dollars. RIP OFF. First of all the car is under manufacturer warranty until 60 thousand miles so I didnt need it. Secondly it is an outrageous price for extended warranty. I got the car home that night and the very next morning I took it to my kia dealership for diagnostics just to make sure the car was ok. All 4 tired had dry rot and the battery in the car was 1/4 the size it should have been. WTH??? After a little haggling Drive Times warranty company paid for both. I drove the car 1 week and the airbag kept shorting out So its back at the dealership for a week. The car is in surprisingly bad condition for a 2 year old car with low mileage. If you have to buy from Drivetime all i can say is buyer beware.
