Worst five below ever! Called to place a sweater on hold this morning. I informed the girl that I would be there either today or tomorrow and to please keep it to the side, told her my name and my size. I get there and she says some other workers didn’t think I would come and put it back on the rack and someone sold it. She told me to come back tomorrow and I said no (I live so far) and ended up buying a size that does not fit. How incompetent can you be?! She even saw how frustrated I was and was FaceTiming on the phone. I love five below, but I will never come to this location again.

This has to be the hidden gem of North Lauderdale! The cashiers were so nice, lots of great finds for those in the area. 10/10 will definitely be back once I'm in the area
