Ok this review is way overdue but I promised I would write it. Trish thank you for all your patience and help. We moved a good amount of stuff but not a ton of stuff from Florida to Colorado. I was definitely nervous about it but if you do your homework and are honest and detailed your move will go great like ours did.
Rule number one take pictures and label everything that you're moving. Maybe attach some trackers to your valuable stuff (Samsung or Apple tags).
Ask if they will do a video chat with you so you can show them exactly everything that you're moving. Make sure you have some cash and water for the movers.
All our stuff made it there in a timely manner and safely. Number your boxes like if you have 3 large boxes number them 1/3 2/3 3/3 then 10 small boxes number those and put your name and phone number on all of them.
If you do these things and are honest about what is coming you'll have a great moving experience that was cheaper than doing pack rat or uboxes and definitely cheaper than pods.
Last thing. Make sure that your destination that you're moving to can take a large trailer connected to a semi otherwise they'll have to charge you extra to move your stuff from the tractor trailer to a smaller truck to get in to your new home. (I don't think our apartment complex was happy with the semi truck being there, but they were in and out quickly.)
They wrap your stuff up really well and take it to whatever room you ask for them to, but it's a good idea if you wrap up your boxes and stuff somewhat before they get there.
Thanks again to everyone that helped move us out and in! Again this is a great experience because I didn't have to hurt my back moving stuff in or out normally if you rent your own truck you have to load it and unload it yourself and then for long moves you have to worry about being robbed too so this is the best way to go by far.
Travis was great in Florida and his co workers and the guys that helped move us in I appreciate you for getting that couch in through the sliding door. I know it was a pain in the butt.
I definitely recommend if you follow my suggestions here things will go very smoothly.

Technically, they did what they said they would. However, what they 'said' didn't always match what they did. It was a long and difficult cross-country move, and they insisted they would do all the moving themselves, in-house - they didn't; they said it would be about ten days to receive my belongings - it took almost two months; they delivered a couple things that didn't belong to me, and a couple of my own belongings were missing; others were damaged, which I realized too late. They promised to issue me a check for the missing things, made me sign a contract releasing them from any further claims. It's been a year now and I've heard nothing from them. No refund check. Zero, zip, zilch.
Never again.

I would advise that you make sure that when you make your reservation that the company itself knows from you what they are picking up each individual piece even a broom, curtain rod, the types of boxes, the sizes of each box, etc. I got totally disappointed using this moving company and I had everything boxed up and ready to go. I learned a valuable lesson from what people say in advertising. My opinion is to compare reviews and how long people have been in business and the Better Business Bureau.

I recently used GM vans. I was quoted at $1800. They get to my place, tell me that they have to wrap more things which cost me more money. Then after they're done loading the truck, they tell me that they're too tired to finish the job. So they want to do it tomorrow. I have to orde a hotel because I don't have any furniture. I ask the owner to compensate me for my expense. He declines and offers to charge me an over night fee. I ended up paying 900 dollars more than I was quoted. And then the movers had the nerve to ask me for a tip. I would not recommend

The owners ODED AND DAVID ARE THE WORST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD I paid for a service that was not delivered as promised, and the way I was treated afterward was unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
