Worst customer service you could ever experience. The manager Raj pretty much kick me out saying that the door was right there, and I didn’t comprehend what he was trying to tell . He didn’t even let me finish my sentence. You could tell from the beginning that he had a face and he didn’t wanna work because he was giving attitude to other customers before he came to me. The Standly guy who was taking care of us in the beginning was friendly in the beginning then After his manager became rule, he became rude too

Really bad phone service. I called to get information about headlights. Didn’t answer my questions correctly and hung up in my face.

O'Reilly had all my needs. You have to travel to find an O'Reilly Auto Store. Not many are close by.

Stanley has the worst customer service and the ladies in there use profanity in front of children. But Stanley is extremely lazy and doesn't want to help which is the main part of customer service.

1st time at the store, II wasn't aware that repair service was available.I was immediately approached by an employee offering assistance. She was knowlegable, friendly and professinal. I will visit this location again.

Recently came here Tuesday & bought headlights. & when I asked them do they install them. One employee told me yes & was willing to install with such GREAT Courtesy. On the other hand 2 others were very bad at customer service and started arguing with the young man right in from of us stating that they don’t install headlight bulbs. Well I just wanted to say for the young man working so hard with such GREAT Courtesy willing to help out my elderly mother installing her headlights that you deserve to be IN A HIGHER POSITION than two that works with you because they have no customer service and should be fired for such rude actions. The young man is Nickalous who was willing to help. And I’m not sure of the other two names but it was an older black male with glasses and as well as a caucasian big size girl who was extremely rude. Hopefully this issued can be resolved because we picked O’reillys because they seem more luxurious and customer friendly but those other two made the visit highly uncomfortable and we still haven’t gotta our headlights installed.
