I wasn’t able to put one star for the bad customer service! But this is crazy I begged someone for the bathroom for my my 3 year old son who’s on the spectrum he’s being potty trained and everyone in the store looked at me crazy asking for a bathroom when my hands is full of clothes! No one here cares at least point me to the nearest bathroom damn that’s crazy that no one cares if a mom of an autistic kid piss up himself by the time he got out the door ! I will never be back here! I did not get the customer services I needed!

I would never set foot in this rainbows ever again. The young African American male that stands by the door is very disrespectful he has absolutely no manner. He was arguing with a cashier in front of customers he was so rude towards her I felt embarrassed for her. She didn't argue back but that is absolutely no way to speak with your fellow co-worker especially infront of customers. I need to get in contact with the corporate office he needs to be removed.

I walked into this store just now and saw a young male standing by the door. I asked if he worked there. His response was “Of course I work here” as if I was stupid! I found his/her attitude quite disrespectful and so I made I U-turn and left. This store is very unprofessional.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to leave one today! I understand we all as humans have bad days but it’s no reason to be flat out rude to anyone especially if your supposed to be a manager!I came in to rainbow to shop like I always do! The prices wasn’t adding up for what I purchased! I was explaining to the manger what was going on and she was so rude! She huffed And puffed at me sounding like a big dog in distress! She was so unprofessional and wanted to argue with me in front of other customers and her employees! She needs to take a anger management class if she wants to continue working in a public place!

You Guys Are very unorganized and Inconsiderate!!! Your still talking about dressings are closed due to Covid but y’all not even wearing a mask like grow up then I ask for corporate number and the lady refused to give it to me. It’s aggravating and A Inconvenience and Y’all will be out of business soon With the way Your employees show very little care about anything.

this store is dirty, poorly stocked and has unreasonable long checkout lines! the workers are sometimes aggressive and incompetent, and the clientele are so low class that it would make you want to quit the job.

The cashier at the Register with glasses has a terrible attitude. I was asking a simple question about the sale on the price tag. Her tone and her demeanor comes off as she doesn’t like her job. Rainbow should hire friendly people. She had an attitude by me asking a simple question. It almost became into an argument. She need to grow up
