I am extremely disappointed with the services I recently received form this shop. Due to the negligence of the repair shop,my mom was late for work and could have gotten into accident . I originally received a phone call from my mother saying her car had cut off at the light while driving. I told her to bring it to RAMS auto shop, since it was in close proximity, which she did. After receiving the phone call from the shop stating that the car has been repaired and ready for pickup, my mom went and got her car. Unfortunately the next day while my mom was driving to work the car cut off again in the middle of the street, overheating, the car was not repaired. According to the mechanic, the original problem was that her car gas pump had broken. The shop proposed, changing out the old gas pump and replacing it with a new pump. At that point, I called the shop to inform them of the mishap, they told me to wait till Monday, and refused to have the car dropped off or look at until Monday. This incurred me an additional charge to tow the car to my house today, and then to the shop Monday for repairs, which they did not fixed in the first place, after charging $980. Yet he work is under warranty. I had read some good review prior to taking her car there, but ended up finding out, that there was nothing good about this shop, lies lies lies, don't take your vehicle there, they don't do what you think they should.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I like Ram's because of their honesty - not a quality commonly associated with the profession, and competence. In my experience, they do not recommend unnecessary repairs. Also, their service staff is businesslike but courteous. I strongly recommend them.

The best place to take your car in South Florida. They actually care. I had an issue with my brakes and they fixed it for me TWICE.

So, I purchased my car from Enterprise down the street. I also purchased the tire and rim protection plan, which covers all repairs and replacement of tires and rim. I go to this garage, who has a working relationship with Enterprise, to get a tire that had a screw in it repaired. The process with the protection plan is such that the repair shop needs to call and file a claim for the repair. This is where I have an issue. The woman in the shop told me that “when she called, they told her the tire isn’t covered.” This meant that I would have to pay $10. Nope! Not if I have the protection plan. Right? So, I call the insurance company myself and put them on speaker phone in front of the woman at the garage. The agent clearly said, “I don’t see any record of a claim being filed today. No calls, sir. Sorry.”Now the woman at the counter then CHANGES HER STORY. “It’s just $10, you can pay it. You look sharp! It’s too much paperwork for me to call just for $10.” So I tell her “you just lied to my face because you would be inconvenienced?”She said “don’t worry about it. I won’t charge you the $10.” Then dismissed the whole thing to save face. Now she and the store lost integrity and a potential future customer on top of the $10 loss in revenue.Stop cutting corners and do business the right way!Service: Tires

In July of 2022 I bought a 2020 F250 Super Duty from Enterprise in Fort Pierce, FL. When I got home to NJ I had the oil changed and found out Ram Car Care installed the wrong oil filter on the truck. What kind of mechanic would make a mistake like this. This could have been a very costly mistake.Service: Oil change
