I went there to shop for my mother who live outside of the country, Store manager came to make a duplicate of my receipt because I was taking time to make a selection, then angrily walk away, a Caucasian guy with a Mohawk. I’ve worked retail over 12 years, This behavior is unacceptable, it’s stereotype, so because I was taking time, he believes I have wrong motives. It was Just 2 customers behind me both are checking out together , the cashier was rushing me , telling me if I should let them go ahead of me . They closed at 10:30, it wasn’t even 10 o’clock. Moreover you’re not supposed to be suspicious towards anyone by false assumption. It’s a bias behavior which no retail stores allowed. I’ve worked for both dillards and Macys which carry more expensive and quality things then Ross, we were not allowed to make any customer feel uncomfortable while in the store, behaving suspicious towards them. Except a customer walk out with a merchandise without paying, It’s illegal to even try to stopped them in the store.

More cashiers were needed for the volume of people in the store. The store needs to be more accommodating when it comes to the elderly shoppers when it comes to using carts to carry their purchases to their vehicle.
