where do i start with these people, first off the sales rep ending in #267 lied and hustled me! he told me the phone i wanted was 400 down which i couldn’t afford then he told me the next one down which is iphone 14 would be $200! long story short i just realized he only put $50 down on the phone and about $120 in accessories! i am beyond livid and first thing tomorrow i will be returning the phone along with the accessories! what a bunch of scum these people are.Edit- i’m on the phone with T-Mobile now and they also added an extra line on my account as well.

Overall company is straight garbage. Received phone in the mail sim does not work they can’t fix the phone. The staff and manager is just completely rude. You don’t like your job go get a Danm career.

worst customer service ever. Manager and employees are rude. They dont wanna help any customer according to manager thats not a real tmobile store and states that owned by different owner thats mean they cant help any customer wow. What a joke.

I will try to make this story as short as possible , I’ve merge from sprint to t mobile back in march 2022 so it’s been over 17 months. I remember telling the young man name Steven that was helping do the migration to only add my phone line and not my iPad that I had with sprint cause I had those two lines with sprint both devices paid off. All he told me I had to do is to trade my old phone to get the promotion with the new phone. And so I did! He told me my first bill won’t be the same because of the prorated charges so and so. To just wait for the second bill so I did when the second bill was posted I called & say how come my bill is $144 they told me because of the service plan I have, the equipment that I’m paying for & the insurance. So fast forward I called in another 7 months later trying to lower my bill the representative say the only way I can lower is if I got Down my service plan & that include I would Lose my Netflix which Steven didn’t even mention that it was because of the plan that he put me on that’s why I was Getting “FREE” Netflix. So I’m like wow okay I’m already use to the Netflix and my service is already kinda trash if I go lower that might make my service even more slow so might as well keep it but it’s so crazy that I’m paying $144 for only one line!” Is what I told the lady not ONE time she EVER mention that I had a tablet on my account. Fast forward even further I lose My phone, when the new one came in cause I did a claim w/ my insurance so I had to go to the store to active it. That’s when I brought up how my bill so expensive for just one phone. They lady told me nooo you have two lines on your account! So of course I’m like what do you mean I have two lines! With a confused face. She printed out the paper & showed me & told me to call customer service! I got hold of a person name Angelique that stated that she was going to fix the issue and file a claim to get my money back from the 17 months because as she can see I had No date usage for the past 17 months. And that she will check back up with me within a week to make sure I got the refund back. So of course she never got back to me EMPTY PROMISES as always with T mobile. So I called back two days after I was Supposed to get a call back from her & the person that picked up she say I had to go back to the same store that previously get the service so I did the next day & asked for a manager took them LITERALLY 35 mins. For the manager to come from the back! I explained to him (Wendel) my situation he already had a annoyed look on his face before I even started opening my mouth. So to end all that because he gave me no solution at ALL. All he said that he couldn’t help me & to contact a representative! I even asked for a business card & they say they don’t even carry those things. Till now I still Haven’t find any solution or answer or empathy. They just keep sending me in a circle!! I’ve been having nothing but bad experience with that both the workers & the service!!

Mixed reviews........ while most of the staff are very friendly and eager to assist, one other is arrogant and disrespectful. Respect and courtesy should be showed at all times.
