“Excellent experience not once but twice! First, our Nissan Rogue transmission went out. For most, a bad transmission is a major concern. Where do you even begin? So glad we came to Transmissio Pro and spoke to Mike. He sat us down and went over our options, clearly stating the details of each option and costs associated. We made our decision and Mike went to work on it. Before you know, we get a call to come pick up the Rogue. We drove it and it was perfect ?
Just called in again as the transmission went out on my Ford. Again, Mike gathered the information he needed, he made some calls and he found that my transmission was still covered by my extended warranty (which I had purchased when I bought my used car from Ford). In my mind, that warranty had already expired (it expires in less than 3 weeks!) How happy was I when Mike called me back to tell me I was covered under warrantyfrom Ford and to have it towed there! If I could leave 10 Stars I would! If you have an issue with your transmission, or any other vehicle service you may need, do not hesitate to call!

“I got a great deal on some nice Michelins. They have new and used tires. My 4matic aka 4 wheel drive had 1 year old tires but 1 was faulty. On the same axle 2 were placed at big Kuz with 2 Michelins exact same wear and circumference 27.7” . They drive great.”

Seymour lost money on the deal but took care of getting me home still. Without question Auto Biz does their best to take care of customers.
