The police called for a tow truck and the company was Westway. The driver named Bryan was very professional and polite. He showed empathy and that is hard to find nowadays. “I can’t say enough great things about Transmission Pro Total Car Care! They replaced the transmission in my 2022 Ford Bronco and absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, the entire job took about 3 days total, which was incredibly fast considering the size of the repair.
Before bringing it in, my Bronco was hesitant when changing gears, had a noticeable delay shifting into reverse, and didn’t feel smooth—especially on a cold start. After the replacement, it drives like a brand new vehicle again. The shifting is smooth and precise, reverse engages instantly, and there’s zero hesitation even first thing in the morning.
