Tried to book an oil change and tire installation for my car, the prices posted or their wall and website put my total at around $120, they signed me in and told me they'd call me when it was ready without telling me the total, I asked out of curiosity and the man said it would be $215. When asked why so much more than their signs shows he just said "oh they just haven't updated the sign", when I told him those were the prices listed on the Walmart website, he just said those were wrong too?? Even if they're higher than the sign shows that's almost $100 more, he wouldn't even show me the itemized receipt, he just kept saying the prices are just higher. The whole experience was super shady, especially when they don't even bother telling you your estimated total when you drop off the car or show you how much each service is. I thought maybe a company like Walmart would be more reliable and not have shady practices but I guess I was wrong

The young registrar treated me in an impatient and rude manner, she gave me a very unpleasant time. You need to educate yourself in customer service. In short, I don't know what this treatment is more like, or lack of respect or an act of racism.

Got there at 5:15. Set of 4 tires installed by 5:45 and back on road. They close at 6, and nothing but smiles and great service.

The only one that seemed to be interested in doing his job correctly in the automotive garage was Maurice. I watched him work on my car from start to finish and he was thourogh. Unfortunately that was the only good part. Appointment was @7am. Nobody even opened the door till after 710am. Complained to management and they didn't care had to call corporate.

Anthony the tech was rotating my tires and noticed a nail in one tire. They patched the tire from the inside and still had me on my way in about an hour. I thanked Anthony for his extra effort and for putting our safety firstService: Tires

DO NOT GO TO WALMART FOR ANY AUTO SERVICES!!! Not even for the simplest thing. Recently, while preparing to travel, I stopped in a Walmart in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida to replace my battery, and get a tire rotation. After leaving the shop I began noticing the steering was off. The steering wheel is tilted a lot while driving straight, it has trouble staying in the lane, and at every turn the VSA light keeps coming on, it goes into limp mode, and a metal grinding sound can be heard. It's undrivable in this condition. On top of this, the battery was replaced for a crank fail issue, but after the replacement, it now has even more issues starting. Also since all of this started, less than 3 weeks ago, the vehicle also began overheating, which has lead to leaks, and a possible blown head gasket. I'm not sure if that's related, or just a coincidence. However, I do, solely hold Walmart responsible for all the tire/steering issues, and possible battery connection issues. Now this wouldn't be the problem that it's become if anyone would even respond to my calls. I called the auto department of that store repeatedly, no answer. Called the actual store repeatedly, no answer. Called another nearby store, no answer. Proceeded to call the Walmart Customer Care line. First I'm told they will escalate the issue to the store manager, and I have to wait up to 72 hours for a call back. I repeatedly stress that I'm in an urgent, emergency situation, and I have a deadline for my travel. I don't live in Florida, and can't just wait around for people to call me back. 3 days pass, no call back. I call Customer Care again. This time they tell me there's a note in my file stating that the manager of the store called me and apologized. Never happened!! My phone logs all calls, including missed calls. There wasn't even an attempt. Now they're just flat out lying?? So she then says she'll escalate the call to the "market manager", as this is the next level, and I again have to wait 72 hours. I called a 3rd time, made a lot of demands, very seriously stressed the nature off my situation, and was still told the only thing I can do is wait. So now, 3 weeks into this, and I'm still stuck in Florida, with an undrivable vehicle, and I'm supposed to be clear across the country in 6 days, but not one person at Walmart can help me, or even be bothered to call me back. Btw, still not a single phone call from anyone. Customer Care? More like Customer DON'T care!! No matter how much time, hassle, or money you think you're saving by going there, you'll pay for it in the long run, one way or another. Just don't.

The lady at the front at the auto center at 1pm on July 7 basically told me they don't honor warranty or even balance tires basically just told me to get out and they have no service because they are backed up but there was hardly any cars in the bay lol. I went to another Walmart that much busier and the service was thousands of times better

Don't bother making an appointment. They don't honor your appointment. Walk ins who came after me was put infront of me because there was no coordination going on in the back. I had an appointment at 9am and 3 hours later my car was not in the bay. I complained and they finally went and got my car. Additional 2 hours wait to get back my car. 5 hours of the time wasted and I didn't have my insulin with me thinking it will take couple hours only. Pay the extra cost and take your vehicle else where. The customer service in the tire center is negative 0. Management needs to come in and shift things around and training these people on customer service and hold them accountable. Walmart doesn't make money without customers! Put your customers first!

Detailed my car the day after the tire install and realized TWO of my lug nuts were missing. I went through some of my photos and realized they weren't tightened down. After that I decided to go through all of them and found FOUR additional lug nuts I could free spin with my hands.I also asked for an oil change which was never scheduled and ended up having to get one at another place afterwards.

Terrible! They never answer the phone. I literally called all day for two days to get a quote on a new tire - no answer. Once I got off of work, I drove to the tire center around 5:30 pm since the website said they closed at 7pm. Once I arrived, every employee was huddled together around the front counter (directly near the phone) just goofing off. When I told them I had been calling all day, they looked at me crazy and said "this phone hasn't rang." I then ask for tire service, and they said they stopped working on tires after 4pm!! So I literally drove up there during rush hour traffic and wasted my time for nothing!! I would've had all of this information if they would've just answered the phone!

I was at the 3001N state road 7 lauderdale lakes Fl. Very bad service, the tech guy: James H. needs to improve his behavior. I saw him screaming the front desk girl that attend the costumer. They are slowly and they work like they are doing a favor to us but we are paying for it… Put 2 star just because the girl in the front apologize for the inconvenience.
