I really wonder why and how this company is still in business the don't respect or value their customers! Wondering if the lower pricing in small areas of the store is worth the poor quality shopping experience.

This review is for the pharmacy. Boy can I say how terrible the lead technician is. Every time I come in to pick up she is never helping. Always on the computer or never to be seen. The pharmacist’s are extremely rude to their technicians and never help them when they are struggling. They’re even fat phobic. When I was sitting waiting or my prescription all I can hear is “Kevin hates fat people…. she is big” etc. I’m deeply saddened about this pharmacy especially since i’ve been picking up here for 5 years. Corporate needs to check who’s in charge, this is ridiculous!!!!

Omg. I was in the 20 item or less checkout line. They allowed some store associates to check out over 50 Items. And we just had to wait as they scanned.

The epitome of worthless. Employees rude, flagrantly lazy, could not care less and encourage one another not to. Breeding ground for sheer incompetence. Oh and I haven't had a single phone call answered by any department in three years. Pathetic excuse for a store of any kind, honestly.

I had a list of about 40 items. It took a mere 30 minutes of shopping and then another 30 minutes of waiting in line with only two customers in front of me. This customer service issue should have been moved to the customer service area. The POS cashier was so slow, we are talking island time slow. The cashier was replaced by another who was equally slow and dim witted. When it was my turn, I received no greeting, no eye contact, no acknowledgement. The black woman before me was greeted but I guess you need to be a black female and not an older white guy to receive these types of courtesies. The stupid b**** attempted to throw a jar of peanuts on top of my potato chips and then tried to put can goods on top of my bananas. I stopped her stupid a** each time and finally asked her " how damned d*** are you ? " I then warned her I would f*** her up in front of her store manager if she didn't get her head out of her a*** There you have it, absolute worthless Walmart employees doing exactly what they are well known for in south Florida. Trust me, if you go to other Walmarts in other states, the employees do not act like incompetent, worthless, unfriendly racist bags of s**** I hate Walmart but mostly because of staff. WALMARTS logo is actually an a******* This is an admission of the fact that the staff is made up of worthless assholes.

The pharmacy is lacking in communication skills. I would like to say that they are lacking in resources as well but that was not evident. They contacted us to come and pick up prescriptions that were “prepared;” upon arrival, they appeared to be fully staffed yet we were told to wait 15 minutes for our Rx’s. 1 1/2 hours later the prescriptions had yet to be ready, with no plausible explanation outside of “it’s not ready yet.” While the cashier was apologetic there was no empathy displayed by the rest of the staff. We were even met by other customers who said that they were experiencing the same. This pharmacy has no regard for people’s time, which is ironic considering that people likely have time sensitive health concerns.

I don't know why I continue to patronize this Walmart. Almost every encounter I have with an employee is horrible. Today took the cake! After looking on the Walmart app to confirm that an item I need was in stock, I go to the department where the item is located only to be told that it's not in stock and that it may be "in the back." The employee tells me that she can't go in the back to retrieve the item and that I need to find someone on the floor to get it. Ahhhh, no ma'am. I am not spending more time searching for an employee when they're there a little employees on the floor. I proceed to customer service counter where I find a manager. I inform her that the employee told me to find another employee to look for the item. She tells me that if the item was not in the shelf, then it is out of stock. Huh, but about the stock room wheee it may be located? I show her the app where it clearly says that the merchandise is in stock, and she tells me that the employee should have looked for it. Further, she tells me that I'll have to go back to that employee and ask her to go the stock room to retrieve it. I told her that I am not going to do that and that is not my job to be informing employees of their job duties. She tells me to follow her back to the department where the item is located. At that point I was over! I tell her that it's not a big deal and I will find the item somewhere else. She tried to apologize, but it was a little too late. This Walmart is terrible! If a manager can't help me and employee can't help me, then they don't want my dollars. Everyone avoid this Walmart! The employees are less than helpful and the managers are equally as unhelpful. Fellow patrons I encourage to avoid this Walmart at all costs! Go to the one on Broward and 27th Avenue or the one on University Drive and Oakland Park Blvd, where customer service is a little better.

Horrible. Poor and inattentive work ethics from employees. No acknowledgement to greet or help. Lack of lanes open and Register attendants seem to be on slow motion. And the supervisor for these attendants she is even worse. Never around and has a stank, I don't care attitude taking her sweet a$$ time. Prolly should put more time into moving quickly to help her coworkers and customers as she might be doing with her nails. Hiring needs to be better analyzed

If you are white shopping in this store, expect other customers to push you aside after you have been standing in line to check out. Unfortunately, this story has long lines.

Maps on iPhone says open 24 hours. Drove 20 minutes to find it closed. Very inconvenient.

Horrible communication!!! Dropped off a script in the early morning, was told they will be ready a little after 2pm, got there right before closing just to be told to come tomorrow. Second time having that happen with this pharmacy. Extremely disappointed and a huge waste of time

I went the this Wal-Mart location to do a return, they had the worst customer service that I've ever experienced.. They weren't helpful at all, they had horrible attitudes towards me and other customers. While they had a line of customers waiting the two workers were playing around flirting with the security guards, which went on for several minutes. There was another customer in front of me needing help in the baby department, she was wanting a new car seat but nobody was willing to help her, she said the workers on the floor just looked at her like she was crazy asking for help. All around horrible experience. The employees need more training, and taught how not to talk to a customers. Very disappointed.
