Went for vacuum and air service, machine wasnt working, no sign, stole my money and they didn't want to give me my money back. If you own a business, keep equipment and services in good standing. Clients loose money one dollar here and there by businesses owners and they don't care.

The African American woman heavy set with the corn roll braids and with the lashes , she's absolutely disgusting. Doesn't greet you , doesn't say thank you for coming or does not give a receipt . If I do ask for a receipt , she gets upset about it. She has ZERO customer service skills . She talk to anyone with no respect it can be a senior to a child , she doesn't care who it is she's rude to all of them. I have been coming here for a while and been watching her behavior . I used to work in customer service so I know what to look for ..

Asked the lady behind the counter after no one was ready to pay or help anyone else, Would I be able to get a fresh pot of coffee and she got offended, the store was disgusting and dirty just by looking at the coffee pots the carafes looked like they have NEVER been cleaned or even rinsed. Went back today Friday, May 31, 2024 and it was worst this time than the last NO coffee the place looked like a hurricane went through it

This is the ghetto-ist, store in lauderhill and 56th if you can…..avoid it. They do what they want. And hire inside like family & friends. I asked the guy the short older guy who works overnight can I get a pizza last night. I told him I wanted it cook in their oven. He deliberately ignores me and just pointed to them in the yogurt cooler and “said they’re right there”. And walked a way. I ended up getting it myself, the other cashier an older heavy set woman, who was sleeping at the register had to ask him to put it in the oven, which he did. After she rung me up she sat 3 bags on the counter hinting for me to bag my own stuff. I wish this franchise would hire people who would make the environment and shopping experience better, for the people they serve and the owner. This store would make a lot more money if they actually cared about the consumers. It’s so sad because the city tries so hard to fix up that community. While the employees in all the Fast food restaurants excluding the Caribbean spots in that location don’t try at all, Their attitudes are so bad, I rather go to Publix and cook for my family then to spend my money there, Mc Donald’s suck, The Wendy’s suck, The Little Cesar’s Suck, The Checkers suck! Every other store or restaurant in that little section between 56th and Oakland park SERVES great customer service and fresh food!!!!

Always an unpleasant experience.. Extremely slow service, chaotic atmosphere, and super long lines. I try to avoid coming here whenever I can. The staff quality is atrocious. Hate it! I’d rather drink my spit than come here for a bev! 0/0 very ghetto
