9Muses Art Center is a program of Mental Health America of Southeast Florida. We are a peer-driven behavioral health center located in Fort Lauderdale serving Southeast Florida residents. Services are free to adults with a mental health diagnosis. Mental health support groups and recovery workshops are scheduled weekly. Participants may choose from a broad array of visual and performing arts. Classes and personalized instruction along with individual studio time allow members to create according to his/her own personal “muse." Members can engage in stimulating activity, free from the stigma of mental illness.
I love visiting the center, most mentors here are incredible people and very knowledgeable. I feel at home when I see one mentor he makes my day better. Thank you!

I visit the center weekly to touch on my art projects and take the classes that the instructors are offering in ceramics, painting and jewelry. Wonderful crew of people.

Just incredible a real safe Haven for anyone that doesn't want to feel judged and misunderstood!! Truly amazing people!!!
