Customer service needs improvement, need more staff, and some of the current staff need to take the job more seriously. No one greeted me. A guy saw me waiting behind the customer he was assisting yet he proceeded to serve someone else that walked in after I’ve been waiting more than 7mins. I had to interrupt to get service. I was directed to someone else, who directed me to someone else. I came in for a pickup that was supposed to be ready but no one even started to retrieve the items until I arrived and waited for good while. Ordering online for pickup was pointless.

Came into the store this morning, employees are all in the back and they’re all looking at me, but no one acknowledges me or comes up to the front. I tried calling out to get someone’s attention. They’re all speaking Spanish and they all ignore me. Then one of the employees comes from outside because I’m opening the door constantly and says do I need some help and I tell him yes he tells me to hold on.

Dont trust “same-day delivery” especially not from this store. My experience with the employees at the Lauderhill location was horrible. I placed my order online for “same day delivery” around 4 and called at 8 when i saw it hadn’t been picked up. Two different employees couldnt find my order so i called customer support and they said it was picked up. i called just before 10pm again to know whats going on and the employee had an attitude and told me i will get it tomorrow at 9 am. maybe in store is different but the lack of communication and respect is very apparent over the phone. ive never been treated like that at auto zone!!
