Amir was super nice and helpful choosing and changing my battery! As a plus he went above and beyond to get all the corrosion off my terminals to make sure I was good to go.Super helpful team! Would recommend 10/10

My husband and I had the best experience at this location. We’ve been having issues with defective parts and this last defective part left us sharing a vehicle. Life is hard enough without having to share one car with a family of 3. Roc and Daniel went above and beyond to help us and make the process easy and seamless. They both have top notch customer service skills. I hope corporate appreciates them! We definitely do!

Rude staff, this place has a leadership vacuum. The guy in commercial ran me out of the store when I asked to order several items including an AC recovery unit. He said he was too busy…ever one else in the store seemed cluelessStay away…

Big store, a lot of employees and just 1 person tending the customers. I don't feel the service in this store. I don't wanna wait 30-40 min to buy an oil change.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Advance Auto Parts and had an incredibly frustrating experience. The subpar customer service provided by the staff left me disappointed and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against anyone relying on this store for their auto parts needs.First and foremost, the staff at Advance Auto Parts Store exhibited an appalling lack of knowledge and customer service. I had several specific questions about the scan tool, and the employees seemed completely clueless. Not only were they unable to provide me with accurate information, but they also displayed a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. It was evident that they had no interest in assisting me in any way.Overall, my experience was one of the worst I have ever encountered. The staff's lack of knowledge and unprofessional behavior, combined with the dismissive and unhelpful attitude made for an incredibly frustrating visit. I will certainly never return to this store and strongly discourage others from wasting their time there. Seek out a reputable auto parts store with knowledgeable staff who prioritize customer satisfaction

Visited this Advanced yesterday, and the gentle at the counter just seems like he really didn't want to be there. Very bad attitude couldn't ask questions without him huffing and buffing like I was bothering him. This is the 3rd time I have come to this location and had this experience. There are some helpful employees, but for the most part, this is bad for business. This is a customer service business. If your employees don't like working for the public, they're in the line of work...

Purchased a $220.00 battery asked for it to be installed as advertised was told SORRY we have no one to do this right now. So I replaced the battery my self when doing this there employees smoking outside and one replacing windshield wipers on a car. If you are not going to maintain your advertising propaganda then take it down.

I had a problem with my car after examining it I concluded that it might be the fuel pump. I went to the Advance Auto Parts #9552 at the corner of university and commercial to get a replacement. I asked the clerk at the counter if I could return the pump if it was not used. I questioned him for about 3 minutes on this point and he answered that it would be ok to return it for a full refund as long as it was not used. And I believed him,BIG MISTAKE!!I bought the pump for $300 PLUS dollars. Found out later that the problem was the battery. Went back the next day to return the pump, manager said that they don’t take returns of electric parts. When I explained what happen the previous day when a bought the thing he was unmoved. I ended up getting store credit but I still feel wronged because1: The store lied to me2: I found I could get pump online for $100.Which means the store credit locked me into get over priced goods at a store I really don’t like. Do you self a favor don’t shop at Advance Scam Auto Parts.

I had to try and get a refund for a battery I bought last year that went bad. Mr Rashunn was so helpful . polite...and got my refund. He was also patient with all the customers.

I was having battery issues with my car, and this wasn't the first time that's happened to me. My past experiences at other Advanced Auto Parts were disappointing to say the least. However, this time around was different. It was my first time at this location, and Ray the manager was absolutely incredible--knowledgeable, friendly, and truly attentive. I felt as though everything would be okay when working with him, and it ended up being so! This is the only AAP I'm ever interested in going to from now on. Thank you Ray for the exceptional service!
