HORRIBLE customer service. I never have a present excitement with this bank the teller at the drive thru the older woman behaves as if you are a bother to her. ATM always have issues. Excellent service, very helpful and polite. Teller Francesca and Sandhers was very helpful. Even when I couldn't remember the name of the transaction I wanted to do she was able to figure it out. Very grateful for her attention to detail and great customer service!

I have been cashing checks for years never had a problem until today the teller said it was the wrong name on the check she had my ID and my bank card she insisted on giving me a hard time about the check so I just left
