I have been going here for years even not the team but today I feel like I was being ignored by the tellers on a question that I asked. They hired new people which I don’t know who faces they are.they walked away from me as if they didn’t see me. I will never be going back to this bank ever again.

After waiting 15 min while they helped one person. They asked me if i had an account to exchange quarters. Which i found absolutely ridiculous because why would i need an account in order to exchange $10 worth of quarters. Lack of customer service. What would having an account have to do with exchange cash for quarters??

I left two messages a couple weeks apart for bank manager Margaret. I needed to open a special account for an estate. BecauseI didn’t receive a return call I decided to go to the bank. Upon arrival at this location there was only three customers waiting. Very slow traffic of customers, two on the teller line which was moving smoothly and one waiting to speak with the bank manager (Margaret).The person waiting for bank manager said he’d been waiting for some time. About 25 minutes after we talked he decided to leave. I then asked the teller if Ms Lloyd ? working and unfortunately she was not. So I continued to wait for about 15 minutes and asked for a contact to another location but no answer. I sat in the parking lot and was able to book an appointment for another bank (Chase).I’m considering closing my accounts at Truist.

I’ll never do business with this bank ever again. I’m trying to diversify my investment portfolio and opened up 3 separate accounts with this bank. I had a little trouble logging into my mobile banking app and was advised to go to my local branch for assistance. When I sat down with the lady and told her my issues about my mobile app she gave me a phone number to call their collections dept advising I have an outstanding balance due from an old account I had with them. I found it very odd and questioned how I was able to close out an account with a balance still there? With no explanation she shrugged her shoulders. When I initially set up those account I added money into all three of them as initial investment. The banker advised there was no deposit. In frustration with their customer service 800 number unable to help or the banker unable to help - I politely asked the banker to close out my accounts and she did very promptly. After leaving I called to resolve the issue about the balance I owed in which their collections dept advised I had no balance at all & apologized for being misadvised. So their customer service 800 was useless and so was the banker I sat down with. On top of everything, I had to call my bank back who confirmed my deposits went through went through a dispute to get my money back. Much running around and time wasted. I called the banker back and told her she gave me inaccurate info and I had no balance. She said she would do some due diligence and call me back - which she never did. Very shortly after I took my business to another bank who made the process seamless and very transparent. Do yourself a favor and do business with any other bank besides Truist! More specifically, this location.

Poor service at this location, second time I stop by , it’s always only one lady from branch leader that helpings customer, and 5 banker chairs is empty, and 6 customers waiting for service

**One star is still too much**This location is POORLY operated. They have little to no customer service experience. Your treated like they're doing you a huge favor and the wait time is ridiculous.After waiting for over an hour where there was no crowd upon arrival, to individuals coming in afterwards and getting through to watching a lady also lose her cool about the lack of professionalism and long wait time. I must say branch displays NOTHING to be desired. Re-training needed ASAP!!!

Tellers are rude, incompetent. The hours are inconsistent, it would say one thing on the website and after driving there, the branch would be closed. POOR SERVICE, and they will arbitrarily put a hold on your money. Run... poorly managed system. First it was bank Atlantic, than BBT and now Truist keeps getting worst as the name change. Take your money and business elsewhere. Do not bank with those people

Why isn't the branch open on Saturday mornings? SunTrust used to have Saturday morning hours. Nothing here but a walkup and drive thru ATM 11AM Saturday 6/11/2022

Very unprofessional I been on hold with fraud for 1 hour trying to unlock my card ended up late for work .went into branch 9am the teller was very disrespectful.They wanted to give me a check instead of my love cash .tried to speak to branch manger .He need lesson in customer service.Stated he was busy he was not doing anything His approach to everything Does not represent The BB&T I know.I miss the branch on pine island and Oakland. If I was another skin color this would of played out differently.Rest assure you lost a great customer.If I was you reading this I would second guess keeping your money at this bank . Seen news feed about money disappearing out account .
