Tatiana was the best representative I have ever encountered with Boost Mobile. She check my account thoroughly, and let me know I was ready for my upgrade and is very detailed going above and beyond for me to have the best Boost mobile experience. I will always go to Tatiana from now on for any Boost Mobile questions, concerns, and any add-ons, removals, and payments. She is very reliable, efficient, and trustworthy.

Customer service is amazing and Jenny is very friendly and helpful, she helped me pick out a phone for my daughter and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. My daughter loved her phone. The store is very clean and neat I was very comfortable with the whole experience. Thanks again❤️

Great services I am glad they have Jennifer working there she us awesome she will go out her way to help me with my phone with things that was outside her job to help me set up personal things on my phone she is lovely and super professional. I love the prices she gave me the specials are boom ! Super cheap I went to another boost mobile to compare prices and she was Def going out her way to get me an iPhone for 160$ can't beat that she is awesome. Thank you for who ever hired her she's on point very cool and understanding person.

The store hours states it opens at 10am. The store manager confirmed 3 weeks ago the hours are accurate om Google yet its after 10am and the store is closed. I've watched so many frustrated customers walk away because the store wasn't open when the listed store hours state it should be and the flashing OPEN sign. I wanted to get a new service as a new customer with Boost and this is definitely not a good sign and terrible customer service. Why are you not open when you are supposed to be? Terrible customer service. Do better!!!!

It seems as if every boost mobile store has its own set of useless training. This one has to be the worst. Loud obnoxious music in the store and the employee seemed annoyed that i asked him about the new promotion which he was clearly not educated about.

I've never tried Boost before but the manager answer every question and I was very impressed. He also helped me and answered every question I asked. I recommend this Boost Mobile and they speak English and Spanish fluently.
