Some of the cashiers need to be trained to speak and open their mouths say hello, tell you your total, maybe you can't read the numbers, say thank you for shopping or have a nice day !! That shouldn't hurt their brain too much. Customers help with their salaries by shopping there.

Has a wide assortment of meats( oxtail,porkribs mince,pork belly,fish,shrimp,conch etc.Lots of Jamaican products like"Jerk"seasoning,water crackers,coconut milk,syrups.Lovely fruits&vegetable

This Bravo Supermarket have it all, the aisles are filed with everything you would possibly want from the Caribbean or as an international product and produce supermarket, the one downfall at this establishment that I see is the cashier are NOT PROFESSIONAL NOR ARE THEY COURTEOUS, as you know in business managers must separate themselves from the employees to a certain level for the business to have a professional brand and not just to take customers money for their products otherwise it can have a long term repercussions and a scar that can tarnish their ratings, but they are very well positioned for success.

Sure the place has a huge selection of things and sure most of the staff is supper friendly, but the cashiers need some serious work and serious training. When I ask a question, I don't expect to get a blank, dead stare like she didn't understand English. She was as white as me, don't ignore customers. On top of that I've bought produce and product that's sold the DAY before it was supposed to expire, not checking because you know, a grocery store should ALREADY do this if the plan to SELL it to people. It's also incredibly over priced and they JUST raised things again. You'd have better luck going for simple thing to the dollar store, this should be labeled a specialty store at best....

They close at 10PM but lock doors and refuse to let customer's in at 9:50PM. If you don't want to stay open and serve change your business hours.The guy at the door, assuming he was a manger stated "we close in ten minutes". Shouldn't that mean the door should be open for another 10 minutes, then? Also, be sure to check expiration dates on your food here.
