This is a really small town bank, with limited customer service an outdated an insecure platform. To change your address on an account: - Call Customer Service - Wait for callback (It took 1 hour to receive it) - Agent asks all sorts of questions to verify account, beyond that of any other financial institution anywhere. - AFTER answering all the questions, the incompetent rep advises I need to write a letter and sign it with a 'wet' signature. While other banks and credit institutions are verifying customer information in advance of tax season, the horrendously small insignificant unsafe institution did the exact opposite. I would bank elsewhere if I were you.

I love ALL the employees at the Lauderhill Branch!!! They are all AMAZING!!! Narima is the wonderful Branch Manager that always looks for a way to help if she can. Natalie is also so kind. Julio is always upbeat. Syndy is always real cool. Adriana always has a burst of energy. Ronel always make sure your transactions are done correctly and Aldin always gives you some laughs. Everyone is like family there which makes it a pleasure to visit this location. Keep up the outstanding work team!!!

Worst credit union ever. Do not go here unless you want to be over charged for their mistakes. Also do not go to this bank unless you want your card hacked after not even a year. Every other credit union at least will help you out with overdraft fees etc. The managers looked us dead in the eye and said nothing we can do.

Bria was AWESOME. She makes banking so personal. Your banking situation is personal and when people do fraudulent things in your account it is frustrating. She allowed me to be upset with and understanding. She help me to know the bankers understand and don’t treat the person as an account but a Person. Thank You Bria

They informed me that my account was compromised, I appreciated that however I had to go into the branch 3 days in row to get new accounts for my business and personal accounts. Then the following week I had to go into the branch a 4th day because they never sent out new debit cards for either account. When you go into the branch with your drivers license, new account documents that they give you at the location and a letter they send you in the mail, they still act as if you are not who you say you are even though your picture on your drivers license matches your face, with a lame excuse of "someone could've stole your mail". I've been doing business with Bright Star for a least 3 years and the service is getting worse by the year. I think I will look into Navy Federal Credit Union, I've been told they are much better.

My debit card was compromised this past week. I received a "fraud alert" text message on a Sunday and confirmed the problem by text. Called on Monday, took 30 minutes for an operator, but once I got through, it was great. Bree was assisting me and walked me through the process and took care of everything. I am very pleased with how professionally my issue was handled.

Bria Burrows was very patient with me as she guided me through getting an auto loan and credit card application sent out. She succinctly went through the process and answered all of my questions.Recommendation: When going through the automated response system be sure to choose the "call me back" option. I did this and got a call back in less than 5 minutes.
