I bought a sealed, locked face cream here, but after I left and checked it in my car, I found that the box had been opened and the product inside had been switched. Please make sure to carefully check items before purchasing.
When I returned to make a return, the employee put the incorrect product back into the box again, which raises concerns that it could be resold to another customer.

Will find bargains depending on what you're looking for. Prices are okay, quality mixed. Line is everlasting but the cashiers do tend to move along quickly.

Please fire the manager or hire more cashiers that actually know how to ring up customers in a timely manner. There’s no reason why the line should be wrapped around the store and no one is trying to help the customers check out when there are plenty of associates on the floor doing other task.

Just stopped in to grab a new belt. They always have discounts on almost everything, downside is there is always a line to check out. Im a bigger guy and could only find one belt to fit me.

I just visited the store and made a purchase when I get into the register I saw a manager Michelle harassing Shalanda in front of all the customers because this employee went beyond extra miles to help a customer that did not speak English and as a clarification was not Spanish thanks to her help the customer made a big purchase a took her 3 minutes to help her WHERE ARE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS IN BURLINGTON IN THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION it was for me uncomfortable seen Shalanda afraid of her cashier manager What happen to retail why not select employees wailing to please customers??? I hope next time that I visit this location I will have the pleasure to see the District manager again will have a good talk .

Immaculate, well stocked store. Unique Halloween decorative items I've never seen elsewhere. Definitely worth shopping this store for clothing and housewares. This store is conveniently located on the southeast corner of Commercial and Federal in Lauderhill.

Found a great many items. They have a lot of regular and designer jeans, shirts and other clothing items. A wide variety of other item as well. Giving Ross a run for their money.

It is 2:30 PM and the line is wrapped around and they don’t have enough cashiers! You need to hire some more people!! This is ridiculous!!

Well stocked except the stuff for the kitchen. Everything else was clean and organized, it was a a rather calm environment within the store.

Cashiers are very rude and treat customers buy the merchandise like free.We have to stand in like hours.
