I’ve been going here for years. It’s not the closest but I’m afraid to switch and have issues. They don’t know me here but they always go over and beyond and get the job done. The clerks at the register are always nice and helpful. People have to realize that ALOT of people use this pharmacy so the wait time may be longer. My kids and I appreciate y’all hard work.

Absolutely the most incompetent, unprofessional group of pharmacists ! Don’t waste your time or risk you or your loved ones health ! There are plenty of other pharmacies that would love to take care of your medications for you . I know a lot of people going there go because the insurance gets accepted there but this isn’t your only option! I would rather pay my medication out of pocket then go to this pharmacy. That’s how bad it is and I wish there was somebody that actually cared that you can speak with that could help you but unfortunately even the higher ups at this location are trash !

Worse pharmacy I have ever worked with. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO RATED I WOULD. Not only did they lie and not fill me medication, the pharmacy tech was rude and disrespectful. She did not understand that I have been waiting for my medication for two days. I called yesterday 08/18/2023 at 5:24, asking if my medication was ready. She told me personally that my medication would be ready at 2:00 today. When I called today, not only did she not inform me that none of them were ready and was rude. She showed no care for the customer. She wanted to be rude and go back and further when all I was asking was for her to transfer me to a CVS that had my diabetes medication in stock. Instead of transferring she took it upon herself to hang up the call. I have to call two other CVS in the area and be told that CVS does not take my insurance. If she would have done her job correctly, I would be been informed that CVS does not take me insurance two days ago instead of waiting for someone to respond to my question. IF YOU ARE A DIABETIC AWAITING MEDICATION I WOULD ADVICE YOU SEEK HELP ELSE WHERE. DO NOT PUT YOUR HEALTH AT RISKING AWAITING FOR YOUR MEDICATION AT THIS CVS. IF I AM HOSPITALIZED FORNEGLIGENCE, I WILL BE TAKING CVS TO COURT FOR HIRING inadequate and disrespectful staff!!!!

I just called on a Sunday afternoon to see what prescriptions are there for my daughter. A woman answered that the system is shutting down and she’s unable to tell me. At least you can tell me the procedure for getting back my prescriptions but no….the system is shutting down and your brain is shutting down as well apparently. This is the worst pharmacy I swear.

The pharmacy has the most nastiest techs ever I called for my prescription several times and even went through the drive through the lady told me straight up that she gotta get other customers they told me the medication was ready. I went around in circles with these ppl. Pharmacy has to wipe out all those nasty techs working 7/2/23

My experience is not so much about CVS but about Aetna who owns CVS. Their Medicare ppo premier plan is expensive and covers nothing . Every drug is placed in a tier and then they choose how much of the drug cost they will pay. Their drugPlan is very expensive to the consumer and doesn’t cover much . Customers out of pocket for Prescription is very high. The highest I have paid since I have insurance in this country.

This CVS is clean and it has been the location where we use to pick up prescriptions. Overall, I've never had an issue with this place and they're doing a great job! Shout out to the manager Steevens who truly seems to have a passion for his work. That's always admirable to see!

I do understand that covid has had hiring issues with many companies. But clearly, the after lunch wait times at the pharmacy are totally unacceptable. 50 minutes to wait day after day is a bit much. For those that don't know, the pharmacy closes 1:30 to 2, and so the lines build. The little wait area, with 2 chairs, was trashed. The help was friendly and knowledgeable. The stock person was on his phone. 2 front counter associates busy talking. And the line at pharmacy was longer than when we got there. Bring a book ? ✨️

Been trying to get a prescription filled for 2 days and it’s for a child suffering severe depression they have all my contact info on file, first day problem with insurance, resolved that about 3pm then they said pick up next day at 11am, called and talked to them they promised 8pm waited in line a hour then they say not ready pickup the next day 11am I love Walgreens but sadly this young man’s insurance requires cvs who is not reliable at all, I will be contacting corporate and the young man’s lawyer this is unacceptable

System is down for care numbers. Instead of letting patrons know upon entering or even announcing at register they made us wait in long line and several customers got upset and left. BOGO as on shelf pricing was not able to be honored although not a customer error and displayed.

The staff always has a smile for me. No complaints. Always easy to talk to the manager if you need some extra guidance.
