Even though the pharmacy was closed 7.55pm on a Sunday, the manager was pleasant and explained the operations to us and the possibility of reviewing harmacy times. The shelves are neatly stocked and have a variety.The cashier was helpful and pleasant...all the best in college young lady.

I arrived at the pharmacy 7mins before 8pm. The pharmacy section was closed and barred up! So,,, put 7:53pm as you closing time then!!! I'm sure you all are putting 8pm on your time sheets. I mean,,, do they own the CVS or work there???

The pharmacy here now is horrible since the other cvs closed down the customer service level here need improvement. I wouldn’t recommend!

Nobody in the pharmacy ever answers the phone. Ive actually been in the pharmacy picking something up while the phone rings and they just ignore it. Getting your refill is pulling teeth

Terrible!!!!! Never order any photos or prints from this location. I tried calling to check my order, no one ever comes to the line. First time ordering, took 2 weeks, they advised the machine used to print was having issues. Second time saying could not locate my order even though I had the order nbr, correct address and received an automated message saying my order was ready. The rep took my nbr to call me to advise the status, saying they would call the next day and never received a call to this day, terrible customer service.

I have been calling for two weeks as my prescription never "came", the lady who helped me two weeks ago was very unprofessional and I told her I needed my birth control ASAP and she told me to wait. Is CVS against birth control? This is not the first time I have seen a pharmacist make a prescription look like "late". No matter what time you call the store, they will NOT answer the phone. I'm writing this down as proof that the service is the worse and we get it, they may understaffed but it's incredibly unprofessional for a pharmacy to not provide quality employees and medication.

Very disappointed. First of all I came for a vaccine and followed protocol as per email and checked in on my phone and sat and waited in the 1 chair the whole pharmacy had. The pharmacists didn’t even know their own protocol and I sat there and they finally noticed me. They asked if I needed help and I told them that I was checked in for a vaccine. Upon this I was called to the counter and they were clueless as to using a goodrx, I explained the vaccine I wanted the goodrx cost for it as it is accepted at cvs and for some reason it “wouldn’t work” no one had a clue even the main pharmacist. The good rx website even has a number for them to call if the pharmacist is having trouble but none of that was offered it was sorry we can’t take it. No customer service at all and I had an appt today too. I walked out before I got overly stressed due to being pregnant over the incompetence I experienced here. Luckily Walgreens down the street took me and the goodrx in no problem WITHOUT an appt. In and out in 10 minutes. Thanks so much for being incompetent!! ???

Having a medical emergency I got to CVS a little early only to find that they hadn't opened yet. When the manager Kareem Ortiz showed up ten minutes later, he gave me an attitude like I was to blame for being there before him, and acted as if he didn't understand what I was saying, until I told him I was reporting him to his district manager: then his English became fluent. He's a disaster and shouldn't be anywhere near anyone's health care choices. ZERO STARS

I visited this CVS location on April 27th 2022, The Pharmacist and Technicians are very helpful and understanding.The expedited my prescription while I waited in a comfortable chair.Thanks for their help!

I haven’t had bad experience with the pharmacy there is a middle eastern looking woman I saw working which I never saw before decided to follow down the isle for no apparent reason so I took her on a field trip needless to say she wasted about 30 mins looking at me and came up short. I’m sure someone else made off with half of the store while she stereotyped me weirdo.

Jermaine at the front register does not need to work in customer service. When I first got to the front to cash out, he had a cart with items blocking the way. I said excuse me, and he acted like I was bothering him. He continued to fidget with his scanner and items in the cart so I finally had to ask him if he was working the register. He reluctantly sauntered over to the register,rung up the items,and then pointed to the register to indicate payment was due. All of this transpired without a single actual word from Jermaine. Cvs needs to do better

the absolute worst customer service in the pharmacy department. completely rude!!! they really should be ashamed of how they speak to patients. i can’t stress it enough, rude, rude, rude!!!

There is a person who works with the name Karen on this particular cvs who seems to have an anger management problem whenever I go she is upset and most of the time my reward account never appears on her computer which seems strange to me since it is the same account for 16 years. It would be good to talk to her and find the right way to tell her what should be her dealings with the public since I imagine the cordiality is not in her day to day thanks
