Worst service at this location. My family has had prescriptions filled here for over 20 years and now it’s time to change locations. Don’t bother calling to update insurance they will NOT answer the phone. Waited on hold for 22 minutes and had to leave my husband at the hospital to drive over. Spoke to Store Manager and he ignored my complaint and he said he didn’t want to say if it was acceptable or not! Take your business where you will be appreciated!

Please pickup the phone! How in the world do you not answer the phone for 20 minutes straight? I gave up hung up and tried again and on hold again, called again now holding then to voicemail, who would trust you to listen to a voicemail and you never even pickup the phone live that pharmacy manager should be fired immediately! And every employee there! And hire an actual staff of people who works! It’s 5pm on a Tuesday

This has to be the worse CVS in the entire world. As others have stated, they Never answer the phone, and after your on hold long enough with the pharmacy they will literally answer the phone and hang up immediately, which prompted me to drive to the store only to witness them do this in front of me.

Was able to use a coupon by buying two trail mix bags near the front. Prices for food, snacks and beverages at CVS are always more expensive compared to buying elsewhere. But it's fun to go through the layout/infrastructure of a CVS because their aesthetics and organization is stellar.I've been here a couple of times now due to the pharmacy at the back. Sometimes the line can be long depending on the time of day. The pharmacists generally work hard.

Update: Store associate at a different location applied advertised sale price to a single item upon request without hesistation when its inventory was insufficient to buy the quantities required to get advertised discount. After contacting the corporate office, its customer service team members apologized for the poor shopping experience and promised to improve availability of advertised merchandise.

Cashier/Pharmacy tech Ayskia, asked six times date of birth and what I wanted. Only to send me back around through drive through to wait another 25 minutes because she claimed system was down. That being said with system down allegedly she helped the other five cars in front of me without delay, with system down ??♀️. No one but the float pharmacist had a name badge on! No store manager there and Jeff Lo the pharmacy manager out until Monday. My husband and I have gone to this CVS for over five years; never a problem.CVS needs to do better and hold employee’s accountable for rude and unprofessional behavior. If you don’t like your job get another one; don’t try to make others miserable ?. This speaks volumes when I ask for you name and your friend tech in pharmacy with the green streaks in her hair states, “ we don’t have to give out our names??”; poor customer service. CVS your about to lose customers!!!!! Starting with my husband and I if you don’t address this issue.The store manager young lady tried to help but again only the float pharmacist had an id badge on and she was not familiar with the staff in pharmacy department. I am disappointed ?.Update:5/1/23::::Pharmacy Manager Jeff Lo called me and we we able to discuss my concerns. We both made suggestions and what could be done for a better experience and we both agreed on moving forward with a clean slate. I change my experience to a 4 stars because we all can learn and grow. It takes a village and my husband and I have always had a great experience here at this pharmacy. We look forward to seeing those positive experiences again moving forward. With all employees wearing and having their badges showing in the future?.

Even though the pharmacy was closed 7.55pm on a Sunday, the manager was pleasant and explained the operations to us and the possibility of reviewing harmacy times. The shelves are neatly stocked and have a variety.The cashier was helpful and pleasant...all the best in college young lady.

I arrived at the pharmacy 7mins before 8pm. The pharmacy section was closed and barred up! So,,, put 7:53pm as you closing time then!!! I'm sure you all are putting 8pm on your time sheets. I mean,,, do they own the CVS or work there???
