The worst customer service ever. I saw 5 to 6 workers and only 1 was doing the run around for all the customers. This guy looked so exhausted, that you can tell all in his face and he’s vibe was off. None of these workers have no type of customer service skills. I spent almost $700 on 4 pairs of Jorden’s. The cashier asked me for my phone number to enter into the register/system and all she said was “no”.. I asked “no what”? She replied you’re not registered then I replied “I know I’m not”.. She never asked would you like to register with Footlocker, nothing. My wife asked her “is there any specials or promotions” she replied “no”.. she rang everything up. Everything came out to $631 I then asked “what’s the brake down” meaning how much did each pair of shoes cost. She pointed at the credit/debit card machine. By this time I was just ready to pay and get the hell out of there. I give this place a 2 out of 10. I really hope the general manager reevaluate these employees because they’re way off. Awful experience having to pay all that money and get treated so badly. Won’t be going there anymore, that’s for sure!!!!!!!??????????????????

Store is suppose to open up at 11. Instead they kept us outside waiting for over 5 minutes. When the door finally opened we were told not come inside and to give them more time. Mind you the person who opened the door walked out with bags. Poor customer service, didn’t not care I was waiting in the sun with my baby

My first visit this this footlocker don't even live close to the area but stopped in for some air forces and the store manager Tay has the best customer service knows her stuff and have the store running so smoothly very hard to find now days she gets 5 stars ? ?

The store manager is very helpful with everything. All the footlockers I've been to that's the only store manager that helps with everything. Definitely recommend giving her a raise. The team members are the best.

The associates are rude and inconsiderate.Young and immature employees who need more training in customer service.One helpful employee(can’t remember her name). The manager was okay.However, I will be filing a complaint with headquarters.One thing for sure I make sure to read name tags, just incase I have an unpleasant experience.
