I overpaid for the same exact policy/cars/drivers by $350.00 but Kenya won't refund me back that amount. How do I know that I overpaid? Because for the upcoming term I was being charged $250 less for one of the cars, Kenya and his team purposefully didnt adjust the annual mileage for my car which resulted me in paying $250 more in the previous policy term. I'll add images later to the review.
What did I do after finding out Kenya won't do a proper refund when he can charge me more in middle of the policy if I dont do multi lane insurance? I switched to Allstate but as it turns out Geico gives even better pricing then Allstate.

I am very please with the customer service of this State Farm Office. From my initial outreach in 2023 when I purchased my first home to most recently purchasing car insurance. Lori and Anthea were both very knowledgeable, personable, patient, warm and friendly. Idk why this lauderhill office has an attitude….. on top of that i called the State Farm customer service. Was hanged up twice! The 3rd person was in the BATHROOM and when they realized the mic was on, they hanged up ! I’ve been calling the claim dept since Monday and today is Saturday and no answer! I pay way to much money, i will not be renewing me insurance! I will be going back to Geico!
