I usually have no problem with the authorized dealer at the store, but on the 26th October 2024, I want to pay my bill and went to sleep and woke up the next morning to go to work notice that my phone was off. Usually they don't give you a receipt you'll see a text message come through stating that you paid your bill, that didn't happen on the 26th of October 2024

Today experience showed me why online shopping is better and than in person. I was put on payment plans I didn't ask for or told about. Pay for a charger i didnt ask for or mention. Put in an insurance plan I didnt ask or also mention. The person was rude I could have got the phone $200 cheaper. All today led me to do is online shopping is the way to go than shopping in store.
