I want to this location yesterday to get a new line ,the guy that was helping was very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional no home training he treated me to leave the store.when I ask for his name he refused to say his name.

The employees or owners here are horrible. Told them i have 4 phones from cricket i will bring to metro or total by verizon. Basically interogated me, going to another metro store or total by verizon. Dont come here if you are white. Racist.

Amy was rude and not helpful. She tried to send me next door to have my phone factory reset. I brought the phone from metro its was not broken. I simple wanted to transfer one of my line to another phone. I dont know if she is getting paid to send customers next door to the repair shop, but it seem shady to me. I will never go to this location went to another location and they were able to help.

I went to this location yesterday but before I went back yesterday I went there a month ago so I can get the internet connection box but I had to come back to him but I did not I went to another store then when I went back to him yesterday he told me because I went to another store I did not come back to his door he could not help me bad customer service is the black guy with the twists in his head call himself a manager. Long as he still working there I would never come spend my money to that store ever again.

Got to say this was the most professional metro I have ever been to. I had no issue with finding and getting the right phone. And the sales rep (Herman) was really good at explaining and taking his time to make sure everything was done right and that I understood everything. 10/10 would recommend.
