“After essentially getting scammed at the dealer, I came here as a last effort to fix my Infiniti G37. The car is still being repaired by them, but I feel my experience so far warrants a 5 star review. The two brothers are extremely polite and hard working, true professionals. They are honest about wait times and have fair prices for everything across the board.
It is helpful to have a shop like this nearby when you aren't mechanically inclined. Even if they can't fix my car this time around, I will definitely be back.”

“Very friendly 5 Lebanese guys, fair prices, very fast, and always polite. Hassan (AKA Joe—very nice to chat with him) is a very friendly guy, very reliable, and honest. I bought a used car (a 2011 Honda Accord) in good condition from a dealer, and 3 months later an orange tool came up on my screen, so I went to them, and Hassan told me that the oil was low (15%) and needed to be changed, the coolant/antifreeze was still from when the car was bought, the spark plugs needed to be replaced, the air filter was dirty, the brake fluid was murky and dark, and the rubber on the windshield wiper was dry and not functioning properly. They flushed the old coolant/antifreeze and replaced it with a new coolant/antifreeze, they flushed the old brake fluids and put a new fluid in, they replaced the spark plugs, changed the rubber on the windshield wipers, and changed the air filter. When I arrived, Ali noticed that a bulb in one of the back flashlights was burned. Hassan changed it for free.
I think they are great guys, and I highly recommend them. Very efficient workers. The shop is clean and very organized, and the office is comfy if you need to wait for the service to be done. They won three CARFAX awards for good service. I am sure they want to keep their great reputation clean and keep offering great service. I think they do a very good job.”

I brought my 2008 Nissan 350Z in for some much needed maintenance and Sergio and his team exceeded all possible expectations. They basically did a total mechanical restoration of my car: gallery gaskets, water pump, timing chain, drive belt, spark plugs, engine sensors, ball joints, wheel bearings, shocks, tires, TPS sensors, all fluids and filters too. Additionally, they did a street tune and ran the car on their dyno.
I couldn’t be happier with their work. The car runs and drives better than brand new! This is the only place I will bring my car for future work. Thanks again!!”

“I’m from out of town and had an issue with my rental car—the driver-side rear tire was losing air. I stopped by Hamill Tire & Auto, and they took me in right away, diagnosed the issue, and got me taken care of so I could get back to enjoying my vacation with my family.
While I was there, I had the opportunity to meet Pete, a third-generation member of the family and one of the service advisors/managers. I got to hear a little about their story and how long the family has been in business. As someone who really appreciates family-owned businesses, it’s great to see a company continuing successfully through multiple generations. That’s becoming pretty rare today.
Pete provided outstanding customer service and truly exceeded my expectations. What also impressed me was listening to the other advisors interact with their clients. You could tell they weren’t simply dealing with customers—they had built real relationships. They took the time to talk with people, explain what was happening with their vehicles, educate them, and make sure they understood everything. Everyone in the waiting room seemed comfortable and happy while their vehicles were being serviced.
It’s easy to see why people continue to trust Hamill Tire & Auto with their vehicles. If you’re considering giving them a try, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have known about Jap Tech since they were located in Miami, and there is a reason they continue to earn my trust. Recently, I brought in my 2020 Honda CR-V after every warning light on the dashboard came on and the gear shift became stuck.
After performing an initial diagnostic test, they explained that the next step would require a minimum three-hour diagnostic fee to fully troubleshoot the issue. They were very transparent about the process and the possible causes but made it clear that they would not know the exact problem until the troubleshooting was completed.
Howard, however, told me he had a strong instinct about what the issue might be. He honestly gave me a choice: pay for the full diagnostic process or trust his experience and judgment. Having known his skills and expertise for years, I chose to trust his instinct.
Before the end of the day, my CR-V was repaired. Howard discovered that the problem was simply a blown fuse under the dashboard. What impressed me most was his honesty. He could have easily charged me for extensive diagnostic work, but instead, he told me exactly what the issue was. He also took the time to explain that if the problem were to happen again, it could indicate a more expensive module issue in the future.
Thankfully, my vehicle has been running perfectly ever since with no further problems.

“I found these honest guys from asking AI. I am so glad I did. I called at 8am and spoke to Ron told him I heard a clunking noise in the back of my Rav 4. He said I could bring it in. We went on a test drive and he said he didn't think it was shock absorbers my mileage is to low. He put it up on the lift, checked and found it was a loose right rear sway bar nut. Everything else was fine under my car. There was no charge. What honest and decent guys they are that didn't try to take advantage of a lady. If there were 10 stars they surely would have gotten it.
