“I originally went in for a slow leak in the tire and found out that the nail was in the sidewall. Therefore, I needed a new tire. I worked with Sam. He was able to get the tire the same day and have the tire installed that afternoon. he was very communicative through the whole process and extremely pleasant to work with Sam is the definition of customer service and Mavis is lucky to have him. !!!!”

Michael took a quick look and told me to give him a couple of minutes to finish the car he was working on. He was very polite, the price was fair, and he had me in and out in about 30 minutes. I was getting ready to tow it all the way back home and come back another day—but instead, Laz went above and beyond. He personally moved several vehicles around just to make space and save us the extra hassle. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Super grateful for the help and the kindness.
