Excellent service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away and asked how they could help me. The staff was polite, attentive, and made sure I got exactly what I needed without any hassle. This is how customer service should be done. The fellas here really helped me out. Rey even went above and beyond and installed the part I needed on my service truck just to help me out. Mind you two other big auto part stores didn’t have what I needed. O’Reilys didn’t have the exact part in stock but Rey went in the back and looked for the generic version of what I was looking for and it worked perfectly. Even finding the one that perfectly fit for my truck. That’s service you don’t come across in a world where if the screen says I don’t have it they shoo you out the door. Definitely will be back to this location of other closer parts stores from now on. Thank you!

I came to this shop when my coolant warning light came on. Like an idiot, I dropped the cap inside the engine. The gentleman helped me retrieve it. He didn’t have to. That was a stellar service. Thank you!!!
