Nathalie has been serving me for years. She is amazing. She helps me learn how to speak Spanish while I place my order. Nathalie is the best and I look forward to seeing her. I have had Verizon for over six years and my service does not work anywhere in the three cities surrounding Postnet on West Commercial Blvd. Nathalie always has patience that my emails never properly send to her and my phone never works in her store. Nathalie always guides me through the loopholes and obstacles of The lousy Verizon Wireless phone network, even while I’m locked into their WiFi. I can’t thank her enough for the years of patience she has with me. Postnet is the best. Thank you Nathalie!

I had a very bad experience at this place.I decided to use this business because I saw that they had good reviews. I went to this place, I spoke to them, and I sent an email with the measurements of some logos that I wanted to print, the opening hours of my business, as well as some business cards. The only thing I approved was only the business cards. They told me that they would send me an email with the prices of the logos and how they would look at the door of my business and on my desk, for us to approve, this email never arrived. The only thing I received was an email from them telling me that the logos were ready to be picked up, I decided to give them the opportunity and I went to see the logos, one of them was perfect and the quality was very good, the other one was larger than the measurements that I sent them, I told them, I explained to Andrés (Andres was very nice by the way ) I told him that this logo was too big for my desk that I never gave them those measurements, and he offered me to cut it, even though it wouldn't look perfect, but I accepted, I was willing to work with them, even knowing that it was not my mistake, since I sent the measurements by email. Then the manager Ramón arrived, I explained to him the problem with one of the logos, he told me that it was my fault because those were the measurements that I gave them, I told him that it was not like that, that I had sent them an email with the measurements , and he told me that if I wanted he could print it for me again, but that I had to pay for both the new one and the big one, and he also said that I had call him a liar because according to him I approved those measurements, so that because I basically call him a lier he was not going to help me . I have all the evidence of all the emails I sent with all the information, photos and measurements. emails that most likely they never saw. What a childish and unprofessional actitud. I really find his behavior very unprofessional as a manager he can't treat a customer like the way he treated me. especially when the mistake was theirs. I totally disappointed.

I called this store at 8:30am on 8/17 inquiring about sending a package international to arrive by 8/19. I spoke to a male who stated that I would need to come in by 6pm to send overnight.When I initiated this transaction on August 17, I stated that I needed the overnight option so that the package would reach its final destination to the receiver’s address by Friday. I was not aware that there is no overnight international service and I had to say Priority. I called fedex customer service that Friday and that’s what they told me. This was my first time using FedEx. If I had known the package would have been delivered days later I would’ve opted out and not waste $324 dollars because I needed the package for Saturday for an event. When I called back on Friday, I was advised by the guy that this package had to go through customs in which they had to verify with receiver and that the package was in Puerto Rico. I wouldn’t have proceeded because that would have been a potential delay that I couldn’t afford. No one from customs or a Fedex employee called/notified the receiver. I was told by the woman at this establishment that the recipient would’ve receive the package on 8/19 end of day. I insisted that I cannot afford for this package to arrive even by Saturday. Package didn’t arrived until that Monday which was no use. I was missed informed, event was cancelled and no refund was given. A claim was initiated by this store knowing fully well I would not have received a refund because receiver accepted the package. No one got back to me pertaining to this. Come to find out if I was entitled to a refund I wouldn’t have gotten it because it’s after 15 days. I recommend you use USPS instead.

I went in to print one spa brochure for my wife's birthday gift and they were very attentive to detail to get it right. I can't imagine how phenomenal their work would be for professional orders. It's rare for me to recommend a place and I highly recommend them!
