I paid over 60 dollars for a car wash with interior cleaning and they barely touched the rims and they didn’t even bother to clean out simple things like the cupholders. Didn’t wipe down the interior like at all.
And the automatic car wash left tons of spots on the car. I could’ve done better with a wet rag.
This is honestly one of the worst carwashes I’ve gone to. I can’t believe I tipped so good for this. I really should’ve looked first.

The wash service have gotten worse vacs not working and drive thru don't clean the vehicle like it used too. Lack of pressure service and brushes not working

We pay a very high monthly fee and the service doesn’t even include the basics, like vacuuming. The worst part is that just two blocks away, there’s another company that offers the full service for the same price. Here you pay more… to get less.

Be aware!!! ....This people are a scam .....they charge your credit card monthly and if you don't go and cancel the keep charging your credit card with out your authorization besides the fact the when i went to make a complaint I almost got jump by one of they employes calling me names (Spanish i think he's name is Agustín) didn'tspoke well English !! aggressive very!! and the manager in site didn't wanted to take action or offer me a solution i demanded a apology from the employee.
It is never acceptable to feel threatened or intimidated when attempting to address a concern. All individuals deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of the situation at hand. I sincerely hope that measures are taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Beyond unsatisfied. I went through the drive through and selected 1 up from the basic car wash on the kiosk. I just came back from a cross country road trip and it hardly did anything but clear my windows. Not the car itself its still dirty. Never taking my car back again. No one was even at the kiosks to ask questions to.

Quick stop.after an encounter with a diarrhea suffering bird or birds. While I was at my Dr's visit, The bird(s) dumped on my vehicle
The car wash is a few blocks from my Dr's office. So a quick wash nefore the shi...had a chance to set up. The job removed the offending mess . The car wash did an exceptional job on cleaning my vehicle.

I just rubber and I take my SUV through every day.By doing it all the time, it keeps it 95%.Looking great, that's nothing like a hand wash.But for the monthly service no complaints here

Jose (the manager capable of refunds that hasn’t called me back as promised for over 3 months)
When I had a car I enjoyed the services offered, however, my car that was totaled in April 2025. I immediately came in to cancel my membership. I was told I had just been charged for the month and service was never used. I was told my membership was canceled at that point but the manager (Jose) would have to call me back the next day to issue a refund… the call NEVER came.
We are now in JULY! I went back to the car wash Monday June 30th bc not only was I not refunded for April, but I’ve been charged $47.07 ever month since. I spoke with Augustine and he told me NOW my membership actually is canceled but once again, I’d have to get a call from Jose the next day for the refund (which is now over 3 months worth of charges!!), and once again the next day has come and gone and no call from Jose! So now my charges are nearly $150 for a membership I was told was canceled but I'm still getting charged and no one will call me back and seem to have no real initiative for the money to be refunded! I had previously enjoyed the services provided when I had a car, but now I’m getting screwed! I FINALLY came home yesterday with my new car to replace my totaled car, and if you are hoping for ANY repeat business, not only should I be getting a call back from Jose the manager (whom I have been told TWICE he'd be calling me back the next day) PROMPTLY to refund my almost $150, but I’d hope he comes with some sort of compensation for the money taken and inconvenience I’ve been dealing with! I can very easily just go to another car wash with for my services!

Beyond UNSATISFIED I couldn’t believe it was so fast from the beginning I just knew something wasn’t right they had a young man working by himself washing all those cars by himself but that’s needless to say my car was still dirty I LITERALLY COULD HAVE DID A BETTER JOB CLEANING MY OWN CAR !!!

The two stars are for the staff. We came here a few weeks back and somehow our car had no dent before we went in but had a nice big dent in the back after it came out of the automated car wash. The staff were very helpful overall however the owner was very aggressive and confrontational. He didn't allow us to see what happened on his cameras he kept saying they don't work then saying they do work but he doesn't want to show us. Very unprofessional.
More than anything else it was his attitude toward his customers. We paid and we were respectful and he was obnoxious to us. Definitely never coming here again.
The staff seemed embarrassed by his behavior.
I was just place was so convenient but unfortunately there are always some bad apples

Inconsistent experience. Mixed messages from managers. I’ve been admitted and then turned away using the same vehicle due to accessories. Don’t waste your time. Use the Robo Wash on East Commercial Blvd for a consistent experience.
