Tiffany was amazing shes very nice and helpful and helped me with my app and got me on auto pay. she went out of her way to show the unit and explained the whole online process very well and shes so nice to all us here in the office when we have issues or problems.

Unexpected good customer service provided by Tiffany, she was very kind and she explained me everything I need to know about operations and how these branch works!
I wanna be very honest and say that when I got into the office, I was a little skeptical because of my previous disappointing experience I had in that branch of Public Storage in Tamarac!
So as of today, I’m very happy for choosing this location, considering everything that these branch can offer.

Came to this location on 6/2 had a wonderful experience talking with the young lady Tonette She took her time and explained some details to me that I didn’t understand. She took me on a tour in the drizzle that just let me know she loves her customers!! we had a wonderful time thanks again tonette may god bless your hands and most importantly may your journey be awesome in this world.
