After losing my job recently and being extremely upset and worry about my personal items in my storage unit, I came to the office hoping for a price decrease. It could not happened but Patrice was kind and a professional who was able to help by suggesting a smaller unit. Thank you for helping me the best possible way. You are a star!!! Patrice was amazing, she recommended the easy E- rental my experience was flawless. I rented a unit at this location for the last five months my experience renting a space here was the easiest and satisfying experience I have ever had renting storage space. I would recommend Patrice and public storage everyone needing an easy, professional clean and safe location to store their belongings.

When Moving, the last thing you want to do is spend time and worry about Paperwork Etc. Public storage sends it all to my email and Ms. Patrice at the Lauderhill location was Helpful, Pleasant and Made the reservation process even better.
