Could not have been more of a pleasure doing business with these people. First rate. customer service. If you enter through the main entrance to the mall it’s located right by the entrance.

Please avoid this shipping place In Lauderhill mall because if you choose to use the Amazon locker for delivery here the staff will intercept your package then they will tell you the lockers are full. After that, they will proceeded to charge you five dollars for holding onto your package. and if you don’t have the five dollars to pay for this unexpected charge, they will threaten to send your package back to Amazon, which is a nightmare because it probably was a limited item and you want the item so bad that you’ll just give and give them the five I imagine that they can pull this scheme a few times a week, making $100 or more a month avoid this place at all costs. We learn the hard way we paid the five dollars.

I just found this location in the Lauderhill mall yesterday and I must say that the store is very clean and they showed me excellent customer service . I dropped off four packages late yesterday evening and they are already in transit so they definitely work fast to get your package shipped in a timely matter. I will definitely use them going forward as my primary shipper.
