I bought a Cuban link necklace, 18 inches long. The clasp is defective and I tried to speak with the owner on the phone. He accused me of being a “scammer”. Will not be doing business with them again.

I bought a wedding set, one of the prongs was bent. The cost of the repair was astronomical. The mom and pop store isn’t what it once was.
