I had a deeply concerning experience at this location that raised multiple red flags regarding both safety and customer service. There were individuals affiliated with gang activity coming in and out of the establishment, which made the environment feel unsafe. Additionally, the staff escalated a situation unnecessarily by calling the police on my girlfriend simply because she paid with my card. They refused to allow her to use Apple Pay and questioned her intentions, assuming she might not pay—even though the service was already covered, and we are more than capable of paying.
What’s even more troubling is the way the staff treated her after she had already paid over $100 for services and was planning to tip generously. The unprofessionalism extended beyond this incident: an employee (the owners’ daughter) shared with us her struggles working there, including not being allowed to seek other employment opportunities. When my girlfriend compassionately offered her a potential job elsewhere, she was met with hostility and glares from the owner’s wife.
Lastly, considering the security concerns, it’s highly questionable why this business insists on holding onto customers’ car keys.
I would not recommend this establishment due to the unsafe atmosphere, unprofessional conduct, and unethical treatment of both customers and staff.

Staff is pretty friendly. I have my one particular lady that I like to do my nails. The place is clean. Prices are responsible. I usually get the same service, so I'm not sure about the prices for specialty designs.
Cleanliness: The place is clean.
Stylist: Tweety is my stylist. She remembers how I like my nails and they last me for more than 2 weeks..

Terrible terrible terrible service. I came in to get a fill-in on my fingers and a pedicure on my toes the same day my finger messed up. I came back and got it fixed no problem after my event that same day my nails started to chip once again, I called the Nail Salon to see if they could fix it at this point. I just wanted a different color and they were trying to charge me $25 for them to give me a different color being that this color kept chipping even though I came in the first day that happened, I was told that it was taking time out of the time for them to fix the color even though it's not my fault that it's chipping and I had to come back not once but twice and I will no longer be coming to this. Nail Salon and I will not recommend this Nail Salon to anybody because even though it is not your fault, they still make you pay.

Came to Ft. Lauderdale to get my nails done from Texas and the nail tech was rude and rough with my hands twisting my fingers. Outlined my nails and charged me $55… customer service was terrible I wasn’t even greeted

I needed a quick nail touchup, and Sky Nails did the job. I was extremely impressed at how fast I was able to get in and out, and they was super attentive to my needs. They also have an amazing lash tech as well. If you’re ever in Lauderhill, visit Sky Nails ?
