The absolute worst. I wish I could give this store -5 stars. The manager is absolutely useless and needs to find a day job he'll actually enjoy be wise he clearly does not have any customer service skills or common common sense and neither do the associates.

Speaking on the customer service of one individual at this location, Monique from the print center has to be the worst employee I have ever dealt with. All of the things wrong with this experience are as follows: 1. I went into the store to discuss the formatting errors I was getting when uploading documents to print edge to edge on 11x17 paper and laminated. After uploading it wouldn't fit flush. I showed this to her, and she said just order it online and it will fit flush, knowing that the document was not flush as a preview in the template. As I'm explaining to her what my issues are with formatting, she continues to roll her eyes and purse her lips, not paying attention to what I'm saying, and just says you can do it online. (Not helpful) 2. While I'm pulling up documents on my computer, she was sent a new employee to train. Brings her over to the desk 5 feet away and proceeds to tell the new hire how much she hates customers and how adults that she deals with on a daily basis can't read. Additionally she states that she'd rather be in the back where no when can bother her. Not knowing, I can hear this entire conversation. What a way to set a new employee up for failure, if this is how you train your employees. 3. The pictures below are the results of what I ordered. She did not pay attention to what I asked and did not even center the 24x36 print, because it cut the bottom off. My 11x17's are not even edge to edge like she said. She shouldn't be allowed to work here, because she obviously does not care and should be fired for her lack of professionalism and poor attitude. ---------------------------I will applaud Q the store manager and Derick at the print shop for assisting me and getting me fixed up, to get these re-printed and picked up next business day. They deserve a 5-Star rating

I have been here a few times. Their prices are sky high. But I had a gift card I had won to use up. I still have some left. But I will use it online only. Why? Well, the last time I was here I actually witnessed a robbery! No joke. Luckily the guy had no weapon. I actually saw him sleeping in the back of the store before he attempted to steal.I give the managers credit. They put themselves at great risk to make sure the doors were closed to lock this guy in. I saw them fight him and they are brave. Now I was actually in the middle of paying when this happened. The manager ran so fast to the front door. Later I thanked him for keeping us safe. Sadly, he said this happens a few times per month!!!!The other manager was injured. He had a black eye and a cut to his face.No employee should have to put their life on the line for some office supplies. Being serious here. This store NEEDS a trained guard to protect employees and customers. That is the first and hopefully last time I see anything like this again.

Worst Customer Service! Kept hanging up phone, so they would not have to answer it until after 10am. Placed a next day print order. Called the day after it was supposed to be completed. Told me it would take another 2 to 3 days. Cancelled the order.

I have been a Staples customer for so many years. They were always my go-to for office supples and even some technology. This review is pretty much the same from location to location: I am definitely a Staples fan.... These days I am just not as happy with their store upkeep. It is not with the team members, they are always helpful and I definitely felt their frustration when they are constantly out of items and the unfortunate part is that it's out of their control.It's a beautiful clean and bright store, but very few people. The store I was in (Tamarac) was a beautiful location and not very busy, why?It's holiday season, do you want people browsing and shopping in the stores? At this rate people will continue to use the internet for al their office shopping (Which can even be done in Best Buy and Costco.). They must get their marketing campaign back. I did not see anything dedicated to Black Friday... No signs in the store. I want to see their flyers back in the papers and hear them saying, "That was Easy."

Worse service ever, placed an order online, paid for delivery and gets nothing. Call customer service, after 30 minutes waiting they jus hang up, Call again another 30 minutes, and put they me on hold after saying just "we are too busy". Still waiting....They hang up again....call again...Another 20 minutes, just to tell me, and quote "... the marketing manager wasn't able to print it", one peace of sheet. And they don't know what to do...really?

What a pathetic excuse for a retail store. All employees are either complete imbeciles or entitled kids that they are too good for customer service. Ever since manager denni left this store has gone to garbage. No one not even managers have an ounce of common sense. Went to return a product and they refused to do it because I didn't have a receipt. When I asked them if they can look it up they said the manager that can look up receipts wouldn't be there until tomorrow. The cashier said to the manager/person in charge "I think i know how to look it up" and the person said "no you don't" what!!!! When I went to the aisle to look for the product I needed the employee I approached said he didn't know what it was. I was looking for Chinese pencils/self peeling pencils. no one in the store knew. I had to look it up my self and hunt down the one employee who after seeing they showed a few in their system told ME to go look in aisle 1 and then walked away

They don't no fucking stars ! The store manager is very fucking rude and an asshole they bullshit you when you apply for a job with them , the interview is very ghetto ! They are all liars and procrastinators, they are full of shit ! The store is very messy and has absolutely no A.C and one of the managers smells like old piss !

I went to have an item printed on special paper (8.5x10). I brought in an email that I had with the links to print. I sent it to the printing service, and was out of the store with my prints within 10 minutes. Not giving five stars because I only had a simple request and I don't want anyone to falsely believe that they might have a great experience with a more complex order based on my simple order-- especially based on the other reviews

Worse employees for prioritizing and time management, waited for an hour for a 13 page 24x36 print, they forgot to start the printer. Absolutely horrible if you need prints done on time
