I went to Universal Nails 2 weeks ago as a walk-in. Even while fully booked Bella made time to fit me into her schedule for a soak off and full set. Its safe to say she has a new client. Her wonderful personality, professionalism, and talent is truly one of a kind. Even at two weeks my nails look fabulous and I get complimented on them almost every day

I had a wonderful experience at University Nails in Tamarac! The salon was very clean, and the music created such a calm, relaxing vibe. I wasn’t sure what design I wanted at first, but my nail tech Bella took her time, paid close attention to detail, and my nails came out absolutely gorgeous. I’ll definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend this salon!

Since relocating to the Tamarac area, I have been a regular patron of University Nail & Spa and have had the pleasure of experiencing the skills of various technicians. Approximately five years ago, I was introduced to Bella, and she has been providing her services for my nails ever since. Each appointment with her is a delightful experience. After five years, I continue to make the 45-minute drive from Miramar solely for Bella's services, as I have complete confidence in her expertise and judgment. Thank you Bella for keeping you girl nails on point all the time!

I was a loyal client of Bella Dang for over 5 years, consistently supporting her business and referring others. Unfortunately, my most recent experience left me extremely disappointed and hurt. I respectfully reached out to let her know my nails chipped, bubbled, and lifted shortly after getting them done — something that had never happened before.
Instead of receiving professional customer service, I was told I “always complain” and was basically dismissed as a customer. This was the first time I had ever expressed dissatisfaction, and I was shocked at how quick she was to invalidate my loyalty and feedback.
To make things worse, I almost never get designs. I usually get a basic pink or a French tip, and most recently, I got an overlay with no design — the price was still over $100. Whether I’ve done a refill or a full set, it’s always above $100, with no clear breakdown of why. The overcharging is consistent, no matter how simple the service.
After this experience, I looked into more reviews and found I wasn’t the only one. Several people mentioned her bad attitude, unprofessionalism, and even racist behavior.
So, if you want to be overcharged, dismissed, and wronged — go to Bella Dang. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

I needed a nail repair. The receptionist there told me the weight would be 15 to 20 minutes. I waited a whole hour plus nobody came over to see how I was plus there were two people available to do my nail repair. They were sitting around, looking at their phones and the other was talking. Horrible, customer service horrible very disappointed. I walked out.

Honest review here: I was not satisfied with my experience initially but they made it right immediately! $105 for a fill with design, I didn’t expect this quality of work plus to be there 2.5 hours with them being short staffed and being pasted between techs. But they were nice and had the best quote in the area, so I was patient. After I expressed my concerns, the manager had nail tech Bella redo my nails same day. She was very precise, neat, had an airbrush machine and recreated the design perfectly.
I’m happy now. I appreciate the customer service.
If you want nail art I suggest making an appointment for Bella or Amber but if you’re getting a simple pedicure then being a walk in is fine.

I came today for a pedicure and I am super unsatisfied with my results. I inquired if the lady they put to service me (Ester) is able to do an adequate job, and expressed I was worrisome she would be able to do a good job, but I was ensured she would. When it came to the shaping of my nail, I requested for it to be cut short. She was clearly having a hard time and I am now left with a cut hyponychium, and an uneven nail. She was so frustrated that one of her colleagues had to shape the nail on my other foot. Along with that, the polish is messy. Overall, as a paying customer it is disheartening to spend my money with an establishment I frequent and to have this experience.

If you’re not already getting your nails done by Amber or on IG glamourlabxco what are you even doing?! She is freaking amazing!!! Every time I show her a style, she just knows exactly how to make it even better. Her creativity is unmatched and she always delivers perfection every single time.
But it’s not just the nails (which, by the way, last FOREVER); it’s the whole vibe. Her personality is everything!!!!! She’s funny, real, warm, and always down to joke about my poor neglected toes because of the shoes I wear for work😅 (especially the one she swears is gonna fall off one day lol).
She doesn’t judge, just works her magic and brings my toes back to life like it’s nothing. Seriously, I walk out feeling brand new every time.
Don’t say I didn’t warn you—this is your sign to book with the best in the game 💅🏽✨

I visited Amber for the first time today with no clue what I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out! She was so patient, helping me choose a beautiful design that suited me perfectly. She took her time, making sure everything was just right (cleaned up my cuticles), and was so friendly and easy to talk to. The best part? Her prices are super affordable for such great quality. I’ve definitely found my new nail tech! Highly recommend!
Also, huge shout-out to the receptionist! She was incredibly sweet and welcoming from the moment I walked in, making my first visit even better. Thanks for the warm vibes!

Been a loyal customer for 2+ years now, and she never disappoints & talk about RETENTION! She’ll do my nails and I’ll still have the same set on for a month, no breakage! 😍🤩💅🏽

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to share my amazing experience. Due to a scheduling mix-up, I ended up being seen by Amber—and I couldn’t have been more grateful. She welcomed me without hesitation, made me feel completely at ease, and was incredibly meticulous in prepping my nails before applying the full set of acrylics. In all the years I’ve been coming to this location, no other tech has ever taken the time to trim my cuticles before starting. Amber's attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality truly stood out. She’s a 10 out of 10 in every way!
