After the disappointing experience at a previous UPS location in Tamarac, I was truly relieved and impressed by the outstanding service I received at another UPS store. From the moment I walked in, Pat D’Angelo, Ivette, and Melissa also another really nice lady I never got her name were incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. They took the time to understand my shipping needs, answered all my questions clearly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the customer made a huge difference. We need more UPS stores like this ,where excellent customer service and respect for all individuals are clearly a priority. I highly recommend this location!

I’m giving this Store 5 Stars because of their exceptional, excellent, over and above duties customer service. My great customer satisfaction started with 1: Pat D’Angelo (Store Owner) 2: Robert Piecora (Store Manager) 3: Angie Felter . Mr. D’Angelo immediately set out to help and bring resolution to my packing needs! He listened to my requests (that give me peace of mind) and jumped right into executing his great service to ensure my peace of mind upon completing the delivery transaction. Mr Piecora jumped in to ensure my large box was firmly secured by going the extra mile..,Mrs Felter brought her warm smile and inviting good energy to the process! Guys what I experienced today was above “WOW”! It feels like a good family store as a entered! Mr. D’Angelo just rushed to make sure I’m taken care of with genuine care and sincerity. As I’m in the customer care industry, I want to make the whole Broward County Fl knows there is a UPS Store at 4846 N University Dr Lauderhill Fl 33351 that will never disappoint you! “Thanks Guys!”??☀️

I was charged $15 each for two Notary signatures for a total of $30. In New York, Maryland, Virginia, DC and South Carolina, it costs $2 each.

Bad service, long waits and not helpful. When I got to the front after waiting for a long time they were unable to help me. Never had this service at any other ups.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and kind staff. They always have a solution and UPS is able to build custom boxes for shipping. Patricio was very helpful.

I absolutely love coming to this UPS store, Melissa Mya , and the store manager is PHENOMENALLLLLLLLLLL !!!!! Hands down !! They always make sure to get me in and out and I love the fact that they close at 7:30 on weekdays versus the USPS and also on the weekend they close late 3 o’clock on Saturday versus 1 o’clock. USPS .. thank you all for all that you do to service third-party sellers like myself who depend on shipping company to ship out my customers order. Thank you for making the process so smooth for sellers like myself.!!!!

Customer service was highly appreciated and thankful for their servi e. At the moment, Amazon was not solving the problem at 1st but the supervisor at UPS request to speak with a supervisor at Amazon and the process went smooth ?

This gentleman standing behind the counter with the UPS shirt on says he does not ship UPS anything other than Next Day Air or second day air because I have an account with UPS. Gentleman was very very rude basically kicked me out of his store he had his own employees laughing because he asked me to leave. UPS Corporate will get a phone call about this.
Adding that corporate is reviewing and will put this location on notice ..

The worst service I have ever seen. I don't know how this place is still in operation. They treat customers with absolute distain, disregard, and disrespect.
If you're having a good day and you want it to stay that way. Go to another UPS store or a fedex.
