I wish I could give 0 stars to this UPS store. I'm still shaken by my experience there. I went to this UPS store on February 19th, 2024 to shipped some returned items back to Amazon. I was a bit confused when I returned them by the confirmation numbers. I was asking questions to the young lady and the man that works there for clarification both of them were so short with me. The guy that works there then proceeded to tell me that I was a Amazon customer but not an UPS customer so they didn't care to help. I was floored by the way he was talking to me so I told him there was no reason to be rude I'm just trying to understand because the returns were for a a lot of money. He then told me to leave. I walked out with my toddler, I thought about it and walked back in and asked for corporate number or the owner he told me no he wasn't going to provide me that information. I asked him for his name he said Steve. He then said he was going to call the cops and said I was trespassing. He pick up the phone called the police and stated " I need multiple units, I have a customer that's irrate. I didn't curse, I didn't yell. I only wanted clarification about my items and the information for corporate. This man put my life and my child life in danger by Caling the police and making false allegations. I asked for my items back and a refund for the $7.00 box that I purchased. While putting all my items back in my car, Two police cars showed up. I'm thankful that these two officers showed up calming and allowed me to explain my side of the story without jumping into their own conclusions. He lied to the two officers and stated he explained it to me in detailed why I only had three confimation number. I called corporate but was told that this UPS store is a franchise. I hope the owners sees this post and does something. I saw there was camera in there review them, that man is a danger to your business and to others because he doesn't care about customer service or customer safety. This could of ended differently. I had my child with me and still he didn't care. This was traumatic to me and my child, I have yet to hear from the owners. I really hope this man gets fired, I don't ever want to make someone lose their job but in his case he deserves to be reprimanded. On a last note this store is in Lauderhill which cater to a diverse community, and this employee Steve doesn't belong in that environment because he doesn't treat each customers the same.*****Update*****I just read the response from the owner no wonder your employee is the way he is. you are the same as him racist and your pacifing his behavior. Your response are all lies, and How dare you add my child name. I hope UPS one day stop allowing people like you to do business with their name. You and your employees are despicable people. For the safety of the other customers you called the police let me guess what me unsafe Being Black. You stated I was violent , I wonder what made me violent other than my skin color. I didn't curse, I didn't threatened anyone. You come on this platorm and spue lies to save face.How convenient that every negative comment about your store you blame the customers. You and your employees are the problem. Your rating on google is 3.8 for a reason. why don't you go reflect on that. I took the time to read the other comments I saw how you were berating the other customers and making fun of them for not speaking English disgusting behavior. I hope the Lauderhill community wake up and stop giving you their hard earned money. Reality check without customers you don't have a business.

The owners of this store, Robert & Angie, are amazing! We had several packages to send, some of which were very heavy and awkward. Robert saw us struggling to bring the packages in and immediately grabbed the hand dolly and retrieved all packages from our vehicle. He was so kind. He worked hand-in-hand with Angie to process multiple packages going to multiple addresses expeditiously and in the most economical manner possible. Not only were they extremely professional, they were kind beyond words. Amazing people and a phenomenal place!

Good evening. Do you have another contact or telephone number? I have been calling the store from Friday 1/5/24 but it keeps asking me to leave a message. Christmas weekend and they are closed. No message letting folks know who chose their access point. I will not have important Christmas gifts because they can’t communicate with customers. No automatic message service linked to a calendar to alert of closure? Their listed hours say 10am- 3pm, it is currently 1:24pm. Then the nerve of the sign to be gaslighting me?? I leave for my trip and won’t be back until the new year, praying they at least hold it for me and don’t send it back.(12/27/23) Excuse me; how is this unfair? There was a sign and the doors were closed. There was no information stating someone was inside. In fact the metal partitions were down and there was no number listed to call for service. I in fact did call the store number, no answer. Are you being serious? Or are you simply trying to save face. I now wish I took a picture of the sign and storefront. Myself and several others walked off. The sign stated it was closed 23-25th! What are you even typing right now? Now I wish I could give 0 stars. I actually double checked my phone, and found I gave you all a whole EXTRA hour); because I called my friend crying about it being closed and no answer. I then called the UPS store customer service for assistance and that was 12:32, because my friend said “no friend, they’re supposed to be open call customer service and tell them they need to have someone open the store.” Had there been proper instructions, I would delete this but there were not. Take a look at the sign you had posted and let me know how I should’ve known. Soooooooo; I’m confused. I just called but someone picked up and had me on hold for 3 mins, I hung up because I’m on vacation. I will be there Jan 2, thanks! And I paid $30 for expedited shipping…(12/29/23) It’s clear these folks can’t read to comprehend because I CLEARLY wrote, I double checked the day I updated my review to ensure I was not mistaken, and found I actually came at an hour earlier because of when I made the call. Maybe you should do the same, do you not have cameras! It’s clear I was upset and somehow skipped the 2; which I caught when attempting to make sure I wasn’t wrong per your initial reply. Had you used your brain, instead of your attitude that means I was there at 12:24. You’re great at escalating I see, not so much writing a sign informing customers of directions to be serviced when understaffed, if the one employee was in fact in the mail room... I’ll see y’all January 2, please keep this negative and disgusting energy. You’re mad because you closed the store earlier and I wrote a truthful negative review? I wrote a customer complaint and will no longer respond.

The staff was very kind to me in my time of assist, I wasn't able to go back to my vehicle to get something out to send, I was still recovering from foot surgery and it was a big help.

The manager at this location is very rude and surely does not give the same respect to African American customers. I have observed a few instances and I too was a victim of his atrocity. And for that he deserves one star. The rest of the employees were okay and you can clearly see that they have to thread thin lines

I have been coming to this UPS Store for many years. The staff and customer service is always above and beyond. I am on a first name basis with the staff and I truly enjoy dropping off my packages and visiting the store. Thank you!!!!
