I never leave reviews, but I found it necessary to do so now. The mailed who delivers my mail keeps leaving my mail outside of the mailbox for it to get wet by the rain. I went to this location to inform them and hopefully get some assistance But the lady who works at this location, decided to send me to another location that happens to be closed. This area of USPS HAS INCOMPETENT HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Loved that they are close to my home, and never had an issue with them. Even if there was one employee, the service was fast. I arrived today at 1:15 and found that the USPS is closed with a sign that says “CLOSED UNTIL 3PM - LUNCH” They closed the entire store for a 3 hour lunch break.

I came today at 4:45pm during business hours and they are close.
Also many times came around 5:40pm
And they are close.
In general Short staff and poor service
Need to do there a big change!

I got there at 8:20 am. They're supposed to be open at 8:30 am. It's after 9 and they aren't open yet. There is always a long line and only 1 clerk working. I hate this place.

Came in at 4:59 pm today. They’re supposed to be open until 6 pm. Doors are open. Person working there is yelling saying they’re closed and did not allow me to get in line. It’s not the first time we get this treatment from him. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

If I could give 0 start I would. The mail delivery girl who recently start delivering to 33319 in Tamarac won’t stop stealing my packages and put that it was delivered and sign for knowing she took it and I’m going in the post office tomorrow to raise HELL because I’m tired of it. Ppl work hard for their money and they supposed to protect our mail. I only have this issue with usps. I need my money back asap‼️

Today, December 5, at 10:40 a.m., I left this office after trying to ask if they could please help me since I haven’t been able to get any response via email or phone. As soon as I mentioned that, she interrupted me, saying I should call customer service because she couldn’t do anything. I calmly told her (there were many witnesses, including her colleague who was assisting another customer) that I had already called, sent emails, and just wanted to know where I could go to make an in-person inquiry.
She started speaking to me in an irritated and aggressive tone, very quickly, and interrupted me every time I tried to explain that I had already tried contacting them. I calmly told her to relax, that I didn’t mean to bother her, and just wanted to know where to go since I’ve been sending emails trying to locate a package. Now I have another order that has been showing as pending since November 30. She kept interrupting me, raising her voice, and even said at one point that if I didn’t want to listen to her, I should leave because she had other customers to assist.
It felt like she was accusing me of interrupting her, when in fact, she wouldn’t let me finish a single sentence. If I had been rude, raised my voice, or given her the slightest reason to treat me the way she did, I wouldn’t be writing this review.
The woman who assisted me was extremely rude. I understand we all have bad days, but there is no excuse for treating someone this way. It’s unfortunate to have encountered such a person. I was holding my baby in my arms and was with my younger brother, who witnessed how disrespectful this woman was to me.
I’m giving one star only because there’s no option to give zero. And if it were simpler, I would call somewhere to formally report the terrible service I received.
Even as I was leaving, some women told me I should call and ask to speak with a manager or office master because the woman was extremely rude to me. I even asked them if I had spoken to her in a rude way, as I might not have noticed and felt her reaction was excessive. They assured me I wasn’t rude, which is why they recommended that I file a complaint.
At this moment, I’m not entirely sure what exactly she said because I was still in shock, but I will try to call and make the complaint.

I arrived at the at the post office at 5:20 p.m. and my daughter was told that they're closed, which in fact they close at 6:00 p.m. and there were several people in line. I understand that but it was during business hours. That was poor customer service and an inconvenience. I will be making a complaint to corporate office. They need to make some changes.
