OMG another Publix with deli issues. I ordered online to pu at 545p got there 550pm my wrap not ready. Asked counter person and she said 'oh its here i have to make it ( pointing to a rcpt) so I said" can you make it now?" And she said after I make this guy sandwich. So I went to the manager. The manager actually came and made the deli make my sandwich. Very disappointed with all these Publix.

I went to get a BOGO chip special at this Publix when I passed by an aisle with Chinese sauces. I had never thought of Publix as a place for authentic Chinese products like Hoisin and Oyster sauce. The brand names were the same I would find at an authentic Chinese grocery store (less variety and higher prices), but still it was a really convenient find. Many people, like my mother in law uses very little of some condiments, just enough to make a certain recipe, so these sizes are perfect for people like her.

This location is always, always full, but that is simply an indication that everything you buy is fresh. It's clean and so is the outside. Everyone is kind and Managers excellent. Come Visit Us at Lauderhill.

It's ghetto. And I like Publix. But this one never had baskets available, it's always vagrants outside, just a mess. They do have good customer service as most Publix do.

This one's a hit or miss. Tonight I had the worst service at the deli and then the worst service at customer service. I haven't experienced this treatment before at this location so I can't comment on its consistency - but I would rather drive out of my way to go to another location. Really turned off.

I came in looking for a specific cubed cut chicken, I couldn't find it. We stopped an associate named Brent he went to the back and looked and could not find the chicken but offered to cut the chicken in cubes for me. So naive of me to think they have a cutting machine . But he went and hand cut my chicken. I really really appreciated it. So hard to find employees that acting want to go above and beyond for a customer. Thank you Brent. Hope your supervisor sees this and applause you since you refused our tip.

Why on the earth is the aisle for INTERNATIONAL FOODS so terribly mislabled at this Publix? (See my photo). Clearly this is the frozen food section......my husband and I wasted several minutes going around in circles looking for international foods / Bathroom unacceptably dirty. Only 1 of 3 booths was user friendly and clean. There was literally a line in to the women's bathroom. This NEVER HAPPENS at any publix I've ever been. / the checkout lady was super slow. Like very slow. And there was nobody bagging and helping her. management needs to really shape this place up!!!

Publix, why is lotto a priority in the service center? People are waiting to put more money in ur register with money orders and western union. I think $1 lotto ticket can wait!!
