Jeanise was extremely warm and helpful! She made this experience easy and not stressful at all. She accommodated my needs and was very nice to talk to. She even went the extra mile of resetting my new phone several times just to try and restore as much of my old phone as possible (smart switch wasn't an option, my old phone was damaged beyond repair). I will ALWAYS recommend Xfinity to my friends and family, not only great in-store customer service but the coverage is excellent and the plans are affordable. I switched from T Mobile, best decision I made in 2025.

I'm naive with tech but it took me 3 visits in the same day to answer all my simple questions that couldn't been said the first visit. Maybe it was me but they were disrespectful and sarcastic

Went to pick up a gateway to setup my wifi. Asked if they put everything in there at which they scoffed at the question, having already been unhappy to help me. Later I find out they forgot to put in the coax cable that is part of my package and essential to my startup. Called to see if I can get help on the matter, nobody picked up. What's going on here?

Justain, Hayden and Jet are great professionals in providing excellent customer service in the Lauderhill storeXfinity. PLease keep them, they are a good asset for Comcast company. Aso consider giving them a raise. They deserve it.

This store is horrible. They don't greet you when you come in, they are not talking to you. They will spend about 1 hour and more with a customer.

They just lie to u to get yo have the connection, they say it’s not on contract but trust me it’s on contract, they did something to me now they ask me to pay $278.90.
While I’m closing my account they didn’t even said that look u have an contract u can’t disconnect. They will close very happy n say good back but on back they rip u. Plz don’t go or use these services.
I came in person and told the employee about it n they ask me to call the billing department so they can help and the department said u have to go in person to the store where u got it its real drama.
Plz be away from these.

Customer service here is horrible I walked in at 7:45pm no one greeted me or even asked me if I wanted help . A female worker walked to the back to hide rather than helping customers.
