Brought my boat to Gulf to lake for warranty work. I can't express how happy I was with the service. From the moment I arrived I could tell they were top quality. I would recommend them to anyone needing boat work. Ian handled all my questions and was extremely professional.

Only needed some wheels and tires for a trailer. Spoke to an older gentleman and lady, both were very nice and helpful. Boater/angler myself so I'll be using them for future needs.

What a great experience with Gulf to Lake Marine . I started by a phone call about a trailer . All my questions where answered and they gave me prices with no problem and said when I was ready to come in and see it they would honor that price . After the trailer purchase went perfect I needed a depth finder installed on my new boat and they were happy to do it and told me to bring it in same day . Wow I got a call back next day and everything was ready and buttoned up . At pickup they spent about a hour showing me the features and answering all my questions. I’m now going to bring it back for my 20 hr service. And anything I need moving forward .

I would say this is the 1st time I didn’t feel like I got taken advantage of. The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to help post sale. I purchased an atv trailer and a repower 140 Suzuki for my pontoon on 2 separate transactions and the whole process was butter for both. Even got the repower back a week earlier than expected. Quality and a more than fair price otd it’s a no brainer. Their’s Gulf to Lake Marine & Trailers then there is everyone else

This is by far the worst service place that there ever has been. They kept my boat for three months from the first week of April to 7/2/25 over a nine hour estimate job. I’ve heard every lie there is in the book from Ron in service department and from Ian upfront. If you want to get the runaround and a bunch of lies told to you, this is the place for you to go. Best thing to do is stay away from here and thank me later.
Update 7/2/25 When I got home from picking the boat up from Gulf To Lake, when I cranked it to make sure everything was OK before I went out on the water it is throwing an engine code. How does a shop keep your boat for three months working on it and let it leave with it throwing the engine code? So I took it to a different marina today 7/7/25 obviously! And they didn’t hook up the oil pressure wire! Like I stated at the beginning of this stay away from this place!

Just recently bought a 6x12 trailer with a spare tire for $300 less than competitors. I’ll be back from here on out. The best thing is. They’re 10 minutes down the road from me. Next year I’ll be purchasing a dump trailer. See ya then!!!!
