This individual does wind mitigation for AAA roofing. Twice in a span of 7 days an appointment had been set up to do that service (AAA roofing is paying for his service). Both appointments he or his one employee failed to show up, failed to call and failed to cancel. After the first missed appointment, I received a profuse apology and an assurance that if I set a 2nd appointment that the appointment would be kept and if they were late or could not make it I would receive a call to cancel. Based on that discussion and the fact he again failed to call, failed to cancel and did not show a 2nd time, I conclude his word is worthless. His time is valuable and he also fails to understand that mine is valuable as well. You make your own decision but beware.
