So, I wrecked my awning, had a water heater issue and my 12V fridge failed. I've used Mac's for all 3 repairs and very happy with the service. Justin and Luke were on time, professional, shared tips and tricks on RV maintenance and were fairly priced.

These guys are awesome! Justin knows his stuff, works hard, and is very fair on his prices. I have had very few interactions with RV service people that exceeded my expectations but the two times I've had Justin out I have been very impressed.

I highly recommend this company. They responded so quickly when I called. My living area was flooded due to my shower faucet breaking. Justin and Luke were great. They fixed the faucet with a replacement and replaced the fitting with a brass fitting as well. Then a week later my sink broke, they fixed that very quickly. Then the same night my awning motor broke and they were able to get a replacement and installed the new one in about 30 min within the same week. I can't thank these guys enough. I had just bought this RV used and it is my first one. I live in it full time and work from home part of the week. Unfortunately there was a lot wrong with it that was not disclosed to me from the dealer. All of these things happened within less them a month of me owning it and less than a week of me living in it. Being new to the RV world I didn't know all the things to look at. These two made a horrible start to owning an RV much better.

Justin came out right away and was able to quickly diagnose the problems. 1st problem he discoverd was a bee's nest in our AC unit, so thick and heavy, the fan would not work. The I had replaced lead acid batteries with Lithium and he had to replace the converter to a new version which identifes lithium vs lead acid. He also installed a battery manager, so we never have to worry. He was very reasonable and fast. We will definately use him again.

Mac’s Mobile Rv Repair just completed a job for me that did an extremely quick and fast repair. My service repair man was Luke and he was on time and completed the task. He corrected a botch job by another RV company that was terrible. Luke took photos and showed me what the issue was and fixed it. I would highly recommend them, and I will use them in the future as I need repairs. Thank you, Doug.

Probably the best service, communication, and execution from a mobile repair place. Highly recommend. Well priced and knowledgeable. They fixed a hole from a bad batch of previously installed dichor and then replaced connection getting our solar to work. We'll handled and great service. Thank you!

We had our bedroom slide that wouldn’t come in, Justin their Tech came out and did a diagnostic and the motor was out. He ordered the part and as soon as it came in in two days our slide was working again. We are so thankful for their quick response and repair, my wife and I recommend them highly very professional.

Exceptional service and reasonable pricing. Amazing customer service.The rear hydraulic jacks on my motor home failed. I took the rv to a dealership and at the end of a month they did nothing but wasted my time & money.My wife found Mac's online. Justin was out in a few days, removed the jacks, and took them to a hydraulic shop for rebuild. Justin, & Luke, returned in 10 days to reinstall the rebuilt jacks. They got quite dirty squirming under my rv. But in short time they filled the fluid and got the couch leveled.Everything with courtesy and a smile.The bill was far far less than I expected and one fourth of the dealership quote... all done on my campground site.I cannot imagine better results.You want prompt and expert attention for your rv? They couldn't help me. I needed an oil change and brakes. However, Justin was very helpful and took the time to recommend a couple of places for me to go. You don't find customer service like that anymore. I'm very pleased an look forward to working with them in the future
